About Sporthotel Klausen
Located between the cities of Kirchberg and Kitzbühel, Sport und Familienhotel Klausen offers traditional Tyrolean hospitality and a wellness area with an indoor pool. All rooms have rustic furniture and are equipped with a telephone, radio and a TV. The balcony provides breathtaking views over the Kitzbühler Horn and the Fleckalmbahn. In the restaurant you can enjoy homemade Tyrolean and international specialties and wide selection of Austrian wine specialties. Breakfast and half-board are available. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna, infrared cabins, steam cabin and a relaxation room. The massages can be used for surcharge. In winter a ski school is located in front of the hotel, and the Fleckalmbahn Cable Car is 1640 feet away which takes you to the slopes. In summer a bike obstacle course is set next to the Familienhotel Klausen.

The apartment for a family of 5 was spacious and really ideal Excellent facilities Very helpful staff Convenient location The kaiserschmarrn Nudity in the wellness area with children around The food was good but not outstanding

Heidi at the front desk was so helpful and always smiling. She answered all Of my questions before arrival and during. We also LOVED how close the hotel was to the ski lift! Just walk through the parking lot and you are on the gondola. Can’t get any better than that Would have loved to have a hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing. There is a pool (kind of chilly) and saunas which were nice but I just prefer a hot tub after skiing. Also, the two gentleman that work the bar outside for Aprés in the afternoon were rude each afternoon we were there. Just a downer not to look forward to hanging out at the hotel bar for Aprés after a day of skiing.

Location very close to the Fleckenbahn As your quite a walk from Krichberg itself the bar and restaurant has a captured audience making it a little expensive. Didn’t like the men using the Sauna with no trunks on, very off putting for a female on her own.

Location of the hotel on main road. So, Getting out of the hotel by car is not easy because of the cars passing in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful ski holiday at this hotel. Great location a few minutes from the ski lift. Good breakfast and very varied tasty dinner.

Nice hotel very suitable for alpine skiing, really close to the ski lift ant the ski bus stop. Good amenities like spa/sauna. Glass walls in the room for the bathroom and the toilet.

Property really close to main lift the staff were friendly and the food was another level. Reasonable priced drinks when we go back will be staying here The room slightly dated but had everything you could want

Great place, delicious food, comfortable bed, polite and helpful staff. Everything was perfect. We would definitely come back and in the meantime we strongly recommend it to our friends.
