Akka Alinda Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel 7years ago and to compare a lot has gone down the hill. 1. Service near pool is non existing. There is dedicated employee on rollers who should serve people near pool with drinks ect- if you would not pay tips, this employee will never serve you. 2. Room service - very poor cleaning. Just bed made and that’s it. There were days when cleaner would forget to take rubbish, used glasses… sometimes fridge would not be refilled with drinks… toiletries placed as little as possible. 3. Restaurant waiters also looking for tips. Won’t be enthusiastic without them.

Recently renovated property with good location. Overall services were good including food, entertainment program and beach facilities. Relatively small rooms and ants that appeared in the room in the evening

The setting is lovely, staff very kind and patient. TV! I understand Russian speaking guests are predominant and the TV caters for them well. If you are English speaking the only channel available is the BBC news!

Everything was good... the services are good, the rooms are good, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is good... we would also like to mention the nice staff at the reception and guest relations department as well as the staff working in the restaurant and cleaning, everyone was nice and friendly and did their duties professionally... the swimming pool is nice and clean and the water park with its warm water during the winter was beautiful and the view of the sea is wonderful... the meals were delicious and varied... everything was nice.. I advise travelers to Kemer to go to this hotel as it is really great... thanks to the management and staff ⚘️ the hotel will be my next destination. Everything was good ?

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The food was good quality and varied. The candle-lit Christmas Eve banquet was amazing. The sauna was large and a good temperature. The bedroom was large and clean. The grounds were spacious and well-tended. It would be nice to have a steam room in the spa. The live entertainment in the bar in the evening was set much too loud - even sitting away from it across the reception lobby it was difficult to have a conversation with friends. The indoor swimming pool was a good size but could have been a little warmer. The jacuzzi was certainly not hot enough.

Everything about this hotel is great, except for one significant drawback – extreme noise pollution. At night, the music is played so loud that even with the windows and doors closed, the room vibrates, making it impossible to sleep until the music stops, which happens well past midnight every night. During the day, the music by the pool is equally loud, more suited to a nightclub than a relaxing holiday spot. In summary, if you're seeking a peaceful getaway, this hotel is probably best avoided.

Direct access to the beach. BE CAREFULL - Descrition of the room are wrong in Booking. This does a fake description of the room. There is no Sofa-Bed in each room. Seaview are not see view and so-on. Once at the hotel, it was a nightmare that room booked was not the ones they had. Never had such experience with booking. Was a real nightmare to start vacations. Other comment. This is more a 4* hotel than a 5*.

I stayed with my 10years old daughter. It was our first time in Kemer. I'm so glad that we choose akka alinda. Akka alinda is medium size hotel which we liked. Food was great. We didn't get bored after 15 days of staying there. Staff is working so hard either in restaurant or reception. We stayed not in main building and I loved that too coz it was less people. Generally I can say it was very pleasant stay!!! We will definitely come back! Thanks to everyone who made our vacation great ?? Only thing I can say timing of waterpark coz it closes at 5pm but it is the most nice weather for kiddos. I wish management could look at this point.

Beautiful location, crystal water, tasty food, romantic sunsets, great coffee Bar, what can you wish for else on your vacation? Amazing! Noise from parties. The hotel has party until 11.00 pm and the neighbour hotel had parties until 00.00.

When was it time to go to the airport? The transfer did not arrive at all.
