Bakery is the absolute star of the show (do go there!) Spa is close second Fantastic beach and swimming pool Very solid food and drinks Room service was hit and miss. We had to liaise with them 4 times to ensure that wine glasses get washed, and we've lost that battle - despite our best efforts, coffee cups and wine glasses remained our sole responsibility for the duration of the stay. Rooms are dated, but honestly this was of a very little concern for us

I love the location, love the guest service and spa . Great entertainment program, big variety of things to do . Especially, I adore the cozy pavilions on the beach and service there . Stuff are very friendly and attentive. Everything is very clean . Especially pleased with Italian restaurant Vivaldi. Serves , attitude, food is above & beyond. No air conditioning. and it’s shocking because of the hot Turkish weather and because it’s a 5 star hotel. What they offering as a air conditioner is simply central air fan that is cooling inside temperature only due 3-4 degrees less than outside. I pointed to this out to guest services 2 years ago when I first time visited this place , but nothing has done so far . even room conditions are much worse now and dated . There haven’t been done any renovations inside the rooms since I been there 2 years ago . And it’s very strange since the room is $320 per night . But the most upset thing that happened with me during this stay is that my very expensive collectible sunglasses were stolen from my room by housekeeper. I contacted guest service and security to resolve this situation and was told that they do everything possible to investigate it . However, nobody even contacted me about it until I left the resort . Unfortunately, not coming back to this place according all these circumstances. :(
