Nothing The property isn’t as you see on booking.com. It’s definitely not a 4* more like 1* We tried to get a refund the first day we got there as were flabbergasted by what we saw. The rooms were filthy and only got cleaned once in 7 days. The food wasn’t great and it is definitely not all inclusive. We moved rooms the first day as the first room stunk of fesses. We had a leak in the room which was eventually fixed. My son had a plug socket blow in his room which almost set the room on fire. The drinks weren’t all that either and my son was ill vomiting. We asked the hotel for a refund and we were refused. We had no choice other to stay there. We ended up going out every day and eating at restaurants just to survive the 7 days. Some staff were ok and friendly but the language barrier was bad and no one really spoke English.
