The staff are friendly and welcoming This is not a 5 stars hotel, building is very old and the walk to the rooms is weird . Rooms were clean but with very minimal amenities. The all day dining hallway was sometimes smelly

They are very welcoming Some of the lobbies are badly lighted Hot water is not stable sometimes it suddenly change to cold.

The variety of non-alcoholic cocktails could be increased. There is often a queue for Turkish coffee after meals. The staff trying to sell water sports and spa/massage services may be disturbing.

Some rooms apparently have very noisy air conditioning systems. Swimming pools were surprisingly chill as well, provided that was stayed there in early October, so mid-summer they are probably as hot as the sea.

Would like to note beach, which was always highly maintained as well as garden. And of course for us as animal lovers it was a pleasure to cuddle with cats, who are living in hotel area.

Staff good trying to help, nice beach, good pools , bars good many drinks Rooms not good at all this is not 5 star hotel rooms,not clean,beds old mattress not good at all , in bathrooms drain system water not going well, internet very bad ( if you want to go this hotel better get SIM card with Turkish providers )I paid extra money still I didn’t get internet it was working very slow in certain areas not in rooms, Food not many choices I bean many places in Turkeys holiday hotels this is very poor,definitely you can get better hotel for this price.

The food was OK The staff were rude. I felt I was being treated poorly because of the colour of my skin. Many of the male staff members were staring at me and I felt uncomfortable as a woman.
