The variety of food at the snack bar needs to be improved. The same dishes are served every day, and it really feels insufficient.

Room service was impressively fast، every request was met almost instantly. The buffet was one of the highlights of our stay: incredibly diverse with delicious and freshly prepared food. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating options, so it never felt overcrowded even during peak times. The beach, although not sandy, was very clean and well-organized. The sea was clear, and perfect for swimming and relaxation. Most guests seemed to be international, which gave the hotel a cosmopolitan and refined atmosphere, yet it still felt family-friendly and peaceful. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and recharge. I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

The meals were varied and tasty. The housekeeping ladies start talking loudly in front of our door at 8:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We had to ask them every morning to be quieter. Also, please provide shorts for the staff working at the beach — it’s too hot for them to work in trousers.

The only thing I loved about the hotel was the location. Kemer with its climate is one of the best places to stay in October. All the rest about the hotel was awful! The hotel totaly declived me, my family and my friends. We booked the hotel, they confirmed my booking for the whole family (6 guests) and for our friends (4 guests) and after 3 months they cancelled our booking and changed the price. After 3 months! When we bought the tickets so we wouldn't have any options to cancel. The attitude of the staff was soooo bad, as well as the room service - we had to call the receptionist to ask for the room service, because they just ignored us. The food was unvaried, poor choice of meals for 1 year old baby, the ice cream was also tasteless. Small selection of fruits.

Staff were efficient and friendly. From reception, guest relations , housekeeping, concierge, bar attendants, dining workers were all hardworking. Property is well maintained . Entertainment every night were amazing.

The nonstop service from all the staff, and the lovely amenities in all places of the resort. Great experience, awesome stay, even got a free upgrade to top it all off.

For me and my family, our 12-day stay at Swandor Hotels & Resorts Kemer was a 5-star experience. Everything was absolutely at a very high level.

Great staff, the food and the drinks were second to none, but the pool was a bit too crowded. The place was exceptionally clean. Overall, I had a wonderful time with my family. The pool was a bit too crowded

Late check-out is available and there is an area with showers and amenities for late check-out. The rooms are renovated and clean. The pool slides are enjoyable. The sea is wavy. It was very crowded with lots of crying children. So unfortunately it wasn’t a relaxing holiday even the property was good.
