Location, comfort. Staff opened the window after first night which made the room much more comfortable. Hot water faucet in bathroom was not able to be shut off completely.

No breakfast was served The room was poorly planned

Location was perfect in Kirkwall and not too far from the airport. Room was well stocked with tea / coffee / milk facilities and towels for the bathroom . Also provided a plate which was good if I had needed to bring food back to the room . Bathroom a bit tired - I had trouble turning the hot tap off properly TV - could not get it to turn on, probably needs new batteries in the remote

Good location. Felt safe enough to leave our bags in the comfortable common space before and after checkout. Directions were very clear about how to access our unit. We never saw any staff (nor needed to).

Breakfast not included. The room was up 4 flights of stairs, so Liam carried my suitcase. Much appreciated, as I had a broken toe. The only adverse comment re the room was that it was rather easy to hit the hard, protruding edge of the bedstead, given the space. So bruises. Maids were friendly, gave me extra biscuits. I did like the Guest lounge being available, and its small library. A help, given the ferry timetable. See above.

The temperature in the shower fluctuated between scalding and cold. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Little pricey for a one night stay

Good location.

Easy to find, parking good, clean comfortable room.

Good location The floors were uneven, so the head of the bed was slightly down hill ?

Our room was nice with two twin bed and two chairs. Tea and coffee station provided as well as biscuits. Good location for us, we arrived by the ferry at 11pm and the self check in worked which was a relief as there is no staff onsite. The hotel seems a little dated but our room was recently renovated. Other rooms were being done when we were there. Guest lounge was available for us to use with a small fridge, microwave and plates, cups, cutlery. The lounge was cleaned on a regular basis and was a good spot to relax aside from your room It would have been nice to have a small table in the room as opposed to a desk.

Great location. Nothing.

Parking is not always available. Bathroom was very dated but clean. The shower is extremely small and the curtain just constantly clings to you because there is no room in it. Very similar size to a shower on a cruise ship.

Easy to check in and get to rooms. We had to leave really early to catch the ferry back to the mainland and staff left us premade sandwiches, chips and waters to take with us in lieu of breakfast. Was super nice of them to accommodate us. Beds in our room were slightly tilted on an angle. Was weird, but didn't affect sleeping.

Very clean. No one there at check-in. Felt very isolated. Had questions. No one to ask. Never saw any staff all night. Front and back doors unlocked all night. Anyone could walk in. Bed VERY uncomfortable. Lumpy. Needed new mattress. Pillows lumpy. Needed new pillows. Room very cold all night. Heater put out little if any heat. Would never recommend to anyone.
