Very happy about my booking here! Nice design, super clean and neat, comfortable, great location. Few minutes walking to everything.

Amazing staff that was extremely helpful during our 5 day stay. Could not have asked for anything more. Very detailed oriented owner. NOTHING

The room was very noisy, and I could hear a lot of noise from the street. The hair dryer was broken and made very loud noises, and the kettle was very old. Also, the photos of the Superior Rooms on the Booking.com website show an ocean-themed design, so I expected to get one of those. Instead, my room was decorated in purple and looked more like a Premier Inn room. I also didn't like the purple velvet duvet on the bed because it looked old and had some stains. Plus with this value I had a 5 star hotel in London last summer with so many options I really can't understand why 3 Star hotels are that much expensive in islands

Location was great as was the room and staff It was a little bit hard to actually find the hotel as there was no prominent sign on the building

Great people. Great place.
-
Location was wonderful and the room was beautiful and had a great tub for soaking!! The bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable… otherwise I would have given it a 10 Just the bed as I mentioned
-
Central, convenient. Welcoming staff. Good food.
-
Location and easy access Difficult drop off. High tub made shower inaccessible. No optout of pricy breakfast.

Cooked breakfast was very good, fruit, cold meats etc also available. Friendly serving staff. Comfortable King size bed. Bedroom included a kitchenette area. Very convenient location for the town and cathedral, as well as the harbour. Parking available nearby, though not immediately outside the hotel.

We arrived late and the young man at the front desk was waiting for us and ready to check us in. The rooms were comfortable and the whole hotel had a purple theme that is very intentional. The breakfast was not as good as we experienced in our other accomodations but was serviceable and had all of the necessary items to make sure that we were full when on our way. Orkney was a neat place and we wish we would have had more time there. We will definitely be back! Make sure you visit The Magnus Cathedral with the Earl's Castle and the Bishops Palace and then stop at the Italian Chapel and Scara Brae. They are all very interesting and worth the stop.

Staff was great and helpful. Nothing

The bedding had blood Clearly the room cleaners do not care Filthy bedding

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Very good breakfast. The room was large with a nice bow window. The check in/out desk is not staffed all the time and it was a bit confusing as to how to check out. However, someone was there when we needed to check out.

Great location. They have a lift. Breakfast was good. Bar and restaurant very good. Easy paid parking very nearby. Construction in a building attached to the hotel. Bedroom furniture and bed spread very old and worn.
