However, there were several issues. The rooms were dated with basic amenities. Housekeeping every three days was limited to towel changes, with no floor cleaning or linen changes. We also had electrical problems: one outlet was broken and another not working. Maintenance fixed them, but the broken outlet became exposed again the next day. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water for four days. Despite multiple reports to the front desk, we were told maintenance was unavailable, and the problem was never resolved before checkout. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location and amenities, but maintenance, housekeeping, and communication need significant improvement.

This only a 2 star hotel. Safety concern re: high tub with half glass enclosure and no non-slip floor and no grab bar to enter/exit, had to use chair next to plug to place medical device on because no plug near night stand easily available (behind bed which is fixed to wall and could not move) subsequently clock on night stand does not work and no light available next to bed, fuzzy TV pictures every channel, fridge needs defrost, sink faucet needs cleaning to spray properly, no soap next to sink, no tissues in container, only one USB plug working on multi-plug device. However, bed, bathroom and floors clean.

Dirty place!!!! No soap no Kleenex no towels…. Breakfast terrible!!!! Words experienced!!!! Price is so cheap but it’s not worth it at all!!!!!

Not well maintained, especially on the outside. It was not a 3 star.

The room had an odor to it. We had to call and have someone come spray some deodorizer in the room. The person in the room next to us was outside smoking and arguing with someone on her phone all night. She kept me awake all night which made it really rough the next day. Check your room out!

I didn’t receive my 100 dollar deposit back this is so disappointing. The rooms were cleaned, nothing damaged I want my 100 dollars back

The bathroom was dirty. The complimentary breakfast was cold. The cleanliness in the rooms and the complimentary breakfast should've been hot and better options.

The Staff was Super Great and very accommodating, Super Safe, the Best Location, quite with Great Vibes, very secure, Our Family Loves this place, definitely coming back Nothing

I like the area, it’s 15-20 mins away from each park, the pool is a great size and it’s a quiet stay! I was assigned a room that already had guests, then assigned to another room with a broken shower THEN assigned to the final room. The WiFi did not work on any device including their own smart tvs therefore we had little to no entertainment besides our phones.
