A cozy, clean hotel that is child, and pet-friendly. The rooms feature a modern design and are set up for cooking. It is well ,located near the Disney parks, at night, you can even see the fireworks from the parks. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend it for a lovely family vacation.

Our only complaint was the included bus service to the Disney Parks provided by “Firefighters All Services” despite apparently nothing to do with firefighters, the 20 minute trip to the Disney TTC took over an hour by the times all hotels were visited. Likewise the bus was old, noisy and the staff (with the exception of Eli) were quite grumpy and bad at communication. The return trips were worse and one night took almost two hours to get home! Unless they change provider, I would use an UBER which at peak times was about $22 to the parks each way. Which did add up for unexpected costs as we wanted more time in the pool, rather than sat on the bus. The pool was Amazing and you are free to use margaritaville next door which opened until later on some nights. However I would say that the ES pool was better! Thanks for a great holiday!!

everything was close to the property

The room was very clean. I didn’t like how I had to wait an hour after being told I would receive clean washcloths in 10 minutes. The first time I waited 30 minutes before calling back then I called back and waited an hour after that so altogether I waited a hour and 30 minutes for 4 washcloths. I was irritated because I couldn’t shower after the water park without them.
