Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort by IHG

The rooms were very clean including the kitchen and living area. What I didnt like is that the WiFi didn’t work at all

Our room (2 bedroom pool access villa) was immaculate. We were closely located near the waterpark so we only had to travel down the elevator and outside. The slides weren't all available (1 out of 3 between the 2 pools we went to). Overall the property was well maintained and quiet.

We arrived on a Saturday. The directions given by the guard were incorrect. This place is huge, but has 1 address for the whole place. There was easy check in and no high pressure sales. We got to our unit and it smelled very strong like paint. It was clean and spacious. We went to the lazy River pool. We located a couple chairs and got into the pool. We didn't know that you have to pay $9 each to use a float. I was highly annoyed about how petty this is. My husband had to go all the way back to where we came in to pay for the "bracelets". They close several shops, eateries along the way at noon (which is crazy during peak season)I was surprised about people eating and drinking along the way and leaving their trash along the pool side. The mulch all along the lazy river was sparce and the landscaping was not maintained. We stayed a couple hours and headed back to our room. A storm rolled in the evening and water was sheeting down the wall by the elevators. We were on the 4th floor out of 5. When we went to bed, there's a light on the porch that shone into the master bedroom there was a blind on the door but no way to turn the annoying light off. Someone near us was smoking Marijuana and it was strong smelling out on the porch. When we woke up the next day the ceiling was bulging with water in multiple locations throughout the place. The blinds behind the kitchen table were broken so I couldnt close them. I called the office to tell them about the water intruding.

Great experience

We loved the property! Stayed in a 2br villa for just 2 of us but still so worth it! We loved most everything about the property. The only thing I would say is, don’t waste your money on the lazy river tubes. They were so uncomfortable that we gave them back after a few minutes! Wish they had better floats for the river but that really was our only complaint about the property. Highly recommend this property.

2 bedroom Villa was spacious for 5. Bathrooms were small though. The lazy river was really nice and they had a fun activity at night for the kids- foam Canon and DJ. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa, but was delivered while we were out. Pizza delivery was a nice and convenient option to order on the QR , but took an hour to get.

All the staff I encountered were super friendly except some pool staff who treated guests like little kids when it was time to close the pool for the day.

Only complaint would be the daily maintenance of the pool for debris… other than that, loved it… oh, breezes restaurant was mid.

the property is too big ,had to use the shuttle or your own car to move around,unless you we close to the pools. Also the lazy river is deceiving, smaller than expected.

The amenities and how close it was to everything Disney! My first night I was not happy with my room given as it was not the one I booked but the next morning it was corrected right away and I was out in an updated Suite. The young man who assisted me did a great job with. Correcting my accommodations The TV’s needed updating and the small bugs but that’s Florida not the property.
