Amazing place to stay with a large family or party! The house was clean and well maintained and very spacious for our family of 7! Very close to Disney and about 25 min to universal. I wish they offered more options for breakfast. But other than that great place to stay and enjoy Disney! Will be back soon!

It was great having our own personal pool to cool off after a long day at the parks. The breakfast that was included was nothing to impress. They could do much better with variety. We opted to cook our own at home. Being on the waterpark was perfect for the kids. We travelled with our 4 year old and 9 year old grandsons and they both loved the park. We spent hours there. I will definitely return to Encore in the future!

Great place to stay with families especially with kids. Very clean and big size pool in all homes, cleaned and well maintained property all over, resort waterpark itself is fun which is free for guests, staff is awesome and very helpful for everything you need. Homes are spacious with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer in unit, so it's easy to cook, do laundry, and feel at home instead of a cramped hotel room. Free breakfast is a plus if you want to save time in cooking or going out. Parking right by the unit is convenient and never an issue. Volleyball sand court is in front of entrance office with basketball and soccer field next to it if you want kids to play around, plus there's a lazy river, water slides, and hot tubs at the waterpark, and an arcade/game room for evenings when kids still have energy left. Gym is also available if you want to keep up a workout routine while traveling. Property feels safe and quiet at night despite being close to everything, and check-in/checkout was smooth and hassle-free. Resort is located next to the highway so you can reach all 4 Disney parks within 10-12 minutes, drive to NASA is 1 hour, and Cocoa Beach is about halfway. If you plan a Clearwater Beach trip then it's 1 hour, so everything is centrally located. There are also grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes away, so stocking up or grabbing a quick meal is easy. Airport drive is about 27 minutes. Overall great value for the price given the amenities you get

It was clean and new, but breakfast was awful. We stay for 8 nights and 4 nights in the row it was the same food we decided not even waste time after that and go for the breakfast again.

It was cool seeing police break down a door and take a suspect into custody around 8am in the house next to the Registration Building after breakfast. Free breakfast was very basic and not much to choose from. House with 5 bedrooms was awesome.

The things I feel like people should know, The beds are like rocks! They’re so hard in all rooms, if you are use to comfy and soft you will be upset. Also I hate they use white linens. White towels and bedding. It’s definitely not ideal when you have children. The continental breakfast- was ok. I just wish they had more options. They only serve white bread for toast. No bagels no wheat bread. The danishes are not made fresh, straight from a freezer to microwave to table. The eggs are dehydrated eggs you can tell cause they were watery. They did have cereal but only 2 kinds. We had the breakfast one day and the rest of the time we made our own. The food is edible it’s just if you’re picky make your own. Lastly, I 100% get it’s a safety thing. I am happy that’s in place. The back doors have alarm. And if you don’t press the button the alarm will go off. When your not use to pressing a button to go outside it’s annoying! Also being woke up at 4am by the alarm is not cool. Invest is safety gates and get rid of the alarms! You only have 10secs to get outside & close the door before it goes off. When you have kids you know that isn’t happening. Overall I would stay here again!

We booked this hotel specifically because of the water park and originally planned to stay for one night. Unfortunately, there was a storm the day we arrived, so we were unable to use the water park. Because of that, while I was still waiting for our room to be ready — approximately 20 minutes after checking in — I asked the front desk if we could extend our stay an additional night and check out Saturday instead of Friday. I was told YES, no problem. The hotel processed everything and charged the $500 incidental hold. Based on the hotel confirming our additional night, I placed a large Walmart grocery order for my entire family since we would now be staying for two days. Approximately 45 minutes after we finally got into our home, I received a call from the front desk telling me that they had made a mistake and we could no longer extend our stay in the same home because someone else had booked it. This made absolutely no sense to me. I had just been told by their staff that our extension was confirmed. We made plans and spent money based on the information THEIR staff provided us, only to have them reverse it shortly afterward. I spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with the front desk trying to figure out a reasonable solution. Eventually, I was transferred to a supervisor named Brian W., who would not provide his full last name. Unfortunately, Brian made an already frustrating situation significantly

The property was amazing. Amenities were fantastic. The only downfall for this whole property was the breakfast which was offered.

The property was terrific and absolutely amazing. Me and my family will be returning here again next year. The site, home, and resort is truly a five star experience. Staff was friendly and always available. Only improvement i would recommend, is that they fix there wifi. Wifi is not reliable. But other then that it was home away from home.

It was very clean. I loved that every room had its own bathroom it was 9 women and it was great. The only 2 complaints I have is the mattresses in every room except the bedroom downstairs you can feel the springs not to comfortable. The tvs need to be upgraded it was almost impossible to connect to Netflix etc… specially in the living room. We had to move to the master bedroom to watch a movie on Netflix. The pool was amazing enough parking for 5 cars. Overall it was a great weekend at the water park. Also breakfast was included.

House needs to be clean for real, carpet was awful full of all kinds of stuff, sheets with stains and even blood, the staff said was gonna take care and never did. Arcade had like 4 games the rest were machines to spent more credits the kinds of you never win anything. Bath at master even had a roach. Very disappointed I won't pay for this again

This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty.

I like everything except for their late 4pm check in and early 10am check out and still get charged for full days.

When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working and we had to call for assistance. A replacement wasn’t delivered until around 11:00 p.m. We also discovered roaches and had to wait for an exterminator to be sent out. The outdoor furniture was torn and in poor condition, the downstairs cabinet was falling apart, and the baseboards were very dirty. The hot water was limited, making it difficult for everyone to shower comfortably. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, and when we used the washing machine, it bleached our clothes. We ended up having to run the washer twice before using it to avoid ruining additional clothing. We were also disappointed to learn that the hot tub doesn’t actually get hot unless you pay an additional fee to activate the heater. In one of the Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, the door wouldn’t close or lock properly. The direct tv on the televisions also constantly reset or would disconnect, interrupting whatever we were watching. That said, there were some positives. The home was very spacious and accommodated our group comfortably. We also really enjoyed the backyard, which was a great place to relax, and the location was convenient for getting to nearby attractions.
