Everything was nice clean

Love the resort. Everything was perfect including the staff..

Beautiful home, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and glassware you could possibly need. It truly had everything necessary to make our family vacation easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We felt right at home and really appreciated how thoughtfully the house was equipped.

Broken door handles, property was not clean. Limited staffing

Absolutely great place to stay. No complaints. Our condo had everything we needed. A beautiful place to stay and free access daily to the water park was awesome. Plenty of places to eat and shop super close to the resort. A definite smart choice way better than a hotel. Making plans with friends for the next trip.

The property is huge and if you are staying in the far end there is a free shuttle that takes you to the pool, water park and nearby restaurants. Target and a couple other stores are a 2-5min walk from the shuttles farthest drop off point. There are numerous activities by the pool to keep your kids busy and most importantly the staff is friendly and the cottages were clean. I will definitely stay there again.

The cottage was nice however the dryer did not work for more than 10 mins before shutting off. Under the coffee table in the living room the floors were dirty. There was only a bottom sheet on the beds no top sheets so you had to use the duvet as a top sheet. The pool at the cottage was awesome as well as access to the main pool and water park were a major plus. Overall we were happy with out stay.

Per my stay found pots and pans old and burnt , AC was not cooling well in the first floor master also I have never heard that you have to buy your own toilet paper once you run out.... Also we had to use the same towels over and over again I never heard a that unacceptable for the amount that I paid. The unit it self was outdated. It was definitely not worth the price that I paid. I will think twice before ever booking there. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Despite a few minor cleaning maintenance issues, I rate this experience a 9/10. I will definitely be booking the cottages again!

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us seemed unhappy from the moment I approached the desk. The name on my reservation was slightly different from the name on my ID, and I felt like the issue was made much more difficult than it needed to be. A friendlier and more welcoming check-in experience would have made a big difference. Overall, we enjoyed the property and the cottage, but the check-in process definitely took away from the experience.

Nice resort. Cottages are clean and spacious and well equipped .I would recommend staying here. The resort facilities are very good. The location is ideal for Disney visits as well as other landmarks in the area.

Also, what set the trip off in the worst possible way was the fact that immediately after checking in, you are literally herded to a kiosk where they begin a high pressure timeshare pitch complete with “what time can we pick you up for your meeting tomorrow?” We just flew in, haven’t seen the resort yet, have starving kids, and already have to fight off this nonsense. A great way to abuse your patrons and ensure they will have a bad experience immediately upon arrival. That alone was almost enough to make someone not want to return.
