I really liked outdoor onsen and all the other options. Room was spacious and clean, there was a bit wear and tear, but nothing major. Staff was polite, although their english could be better. Staff had some problems with speaking english. When I arrived to the location by bus, it was dark and it was raining, it was difficult to understand how to get to the main building.

Hotel staff can speak English very well, The restaurant is good there are unlimited alcohol drink. Outdoor Onsen was amazing. There was 1 onsen that Man and Woman have to take a turn some time I have to wait. Food is just OK

The meals were good and drink package. A bit limited with the evening drinks. Beer in paper cups for pre dinner drinks?? Please just a chilled Glass like in the dining room.. More adult nibbles.. not so many lollies for kids

Location. Lived in dark room for 3 nights no cleaning. No sun Excuse regarding no visibility was that was cheap room and worst snow in her lifetime. Do check if you are going to stay there

Love the Onsen. And the afternoon light drink and evening drink The room is old and have smell when we open it. Air conditioning is totally not cool and was told that’s the temperature for all rooms as it is a centralised air conditioning

Breakfast was excellent. Overall great value for money, beautiful nature nearby. The hotel could do with a little bit of renovation (e.g. carpets) but that didn't affect our stay.

Nice onsen, good location, nice complementary nightcap, spacious rooms. Rooms were outdated and very different from what was advertised when we made the booking. Breakfast and dinner overpriced, in an area that has limited dinning options around.
