Sunny Paradise Family Hotel

Very warm welcome (even though we arrived late at night) and outstanding hospitality. The lady at the reception went out of her way to find and give us as much information as possible about the Nestinarstvo festival, which was very helpful. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Very large balcony (a guarantee for highly pleasant and relaxing evenings). Parking space in the hotel's inner courtyard. Delicious breakfast. A very pleasant stay at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!

Close to both beaches - Atliman and South No parking spaces, stuff not as friendly as it should be. I didn’t get the apartment I’ve booked due to unavailability ?

The property is by far the best in kiten - Plamina and her family go above and beyond to create the total family atmosphere & it is only place we would ever stay in that area . Immaculately clean , excellent service & happy vibes Nothing not to like …….

The location was perfect. Just as you enter Kiten on the right , so easy to find. The Hotel is set in woodland so perfect for shade on a hot day. It is a family run Hotel and they are so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. TV, hairdryer, kettle, fridge , small wardrobe with shelves and dressing table. Towel's and bedding were changed often . Rubbish was removed daily. Breakfast was continental as expected and there was a good choice. A lift to all floors is an added benefit. The pool was well maintained.

The staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to It was nice to not think about food with full board included especially with a small child even though it felt too plain sometimes (ice cream option for lunch/dinner was nice) Easy to take our stroller up to the room Property is listed as soundproof but we could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment/room. There is music until 00:00 in the restaurant area downstairs (but never after, which was good) There was a loud noise from either ventilation or an AC left turned on overnight that kept us up until 3am on our last night (not great with a small child). We received a free crib for our child which was in very poor condition ( torn sides, dirty bottom pad). The mattress we received for it was basically two duvets and a full size sheet to cover it. Those sheets were not changed during our entire 7 night stay apart from the one day we specifically requested it from the cleaning lady. One of the bedrooms was acessed through the other bedroom, which has no door and is connected to the living room area. We didn't realize this was the apartment type we booked but it was ok for 3 adults and a child in the end. The kitchenette was fairly poorly equipped with just 4 glasses (no cups), 2 plates and some cutlery - no knives , washing liquid or sponge. There was a microwave, water heater and a small fridge. We could however ask for anything we needed as we did ask for a corkscrew. Hand soap was also missing from the bathroom. General necessities can be improved at least for guests staying for longer periods. There is no curtain in the shower area so water splashes around the entire bathroom and nothing to sweep it with. We ended up using one of the hair towels we received to dry the floor. Our 2 year old was about to slip and fall there once. Only a few of the spa area options are listed as an additional charge but it turns out you need to pay an entrance fee regardless. The facilities seem to indicate otherwise (no additional charge note on the steam bath for example but you still need to pay). Infinity pool as well but neither of the two pools we had available is one. In general it seems the listed facilities need to be updated as they are misleading.

Hotel was ok, nothing to fancy , great for a quick sleep over while travelling, it was clean and staff were friendly, breakfast was ok facilities were quite poor condition, needs modernisation

immaculately clean & located near every amenity you could ever want with just a short walk to the south beach - this and it’s sister hotel are the places to stay in kiten . food excellent & Plamina and her team go above and beyond to make every stay a happy one not a thing it’s our place to go to in Kiten

Great family run hotel. All the staff was great and friendly it made us feel like at home and part of the family. The hotel is very nice and clean. Great location, very near to the town and to the beach. We will be definitely coming back again.

The room was very small and the bed was narrow and not comfy , the food was the same every day and no so fresh.
