Hotel Tiefenbrunner

Staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Maybe the BEST breakfast set up I've ever had at a hotel. Spa and pool area was nice after a day of skiing. Church Bells every morning at 7am... My room was very close so I got to hear all 150 rings (I counted)

Breakfast 1. Extremely overpriced 2. Recommendation of a bad ski school (lowest rated in Kitzbuhel). The endorsement is so strong that they are immediately directing you to a red phone on their front desk where you call that ski school

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes. N/A

What a treat to stay at this hotel. From the amenities to the interaction I had with the owner. It was all superb. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The entire package

The breakfast was alright and also the location in the middle of the city is not bad for starting tours, visit the area, etc. The rooms are quite old-school and even after we upgraded our room I felt like staying in an outdated hotel. The room had a window directly to the Main Street of Kitzbühel. It was so loud every night and as the room did not had a real AC or anything, we had to sleep with the window open and hear people scream and scour during the nights. Was not very relaxing.

This our second trip to Kitzbuhel and first time at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful in every way. The perfect location for skiing and walking around town, delicious breakfast every morning and a great half-board dinner option every evening. The staff feels like family and you can tell how hard they work to provide a lovely experience. The sauna is great for couples looking to relax and the pool area is perfect for those traveling with kids.

Location, comfort, and especially the wonderful staff. Ski room is small and has very few places for snowboards. No jacuzzi and saunas are not always hot enough.

RECEPTION staff Excellent /helpful and genuinely interested BREAKFAST -good standard /variety and very pleasant table service to bring Coffee ROOM -cosy and good bed SHOWER -always good/hot TV in Dining Room at Breakfast in the morning had Piste Camera and Weather on HOTEL had a Daily Briefing sheet that was very well received -Weather/Activities/Staff profiles POOL/SPA -Good -although the Pool Temperature was slightly 'cool' BREAKFAST whilst it says 0700 -the cooked items some days were c0730 -but not a great issue as there were cold buffet to begin whilst waiting

Exceptional

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The ambience was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The breakfast was truly five-star, and the dinner in the restaurant exceeded all expectations with exceptional flavors and presentation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in March!
