Exceptional staff

Very attentive staff, always striving to make the guest experience memorable. I particularly liked the breakfast: lots of choice, even though I was focused on the fresh berries and the freshly squeezed juices. The ski room was clean, well kept and well lit. Shuttle to/from the Hahnenkamm gondola was convenient. Our suite had two separate bathrooms. When leaving, the reception spontaneously gave us snacks and bottle water for the road.

Gorgeous grounds - both historical and rustic yet elegant and beautiful! Great service, delicious food at the restaurant, amazing pool. We had a fantastic massage. Easy 10 min walk to town (a bit of a hill walking back up). And an easy shuttle service with a most pleasant gentleman if you need it! Definitely recommend staying here!

Elegant, old school charm with exceptional service!

Great breakfast with a very good selection. All the food was excellent. Staff were lovely and the on demand transfer to the town and lifts were perfect Some of the hotel areas such as the spa and pool although very clean are looking old compared to the competition taking into account the cost of staying there

I liked the authenticity of the hotel with austrian traditional design. I liked the staff so much they are so well trained and extremely welcoming and i never felt like there was somerhing miasing. This is orobably the best hotel staff i have encountered. Laatly the spa was AMAZING! I didnt like the ski gear room, it didnt feel organzied, and needs an upgrade. I would like to keep my gear in a locker room. I didnt like the jaccuzi it was way too small to fit in 2 people, just one. Also, I understand that the female staff have to look the part by dressing in traditional austrian clothing because also thats theme of the hotel. However, they would look more professional if they are dressed just like the men staff, which would also give off more serious interaction with them.

Intimate hotel with fabulous restaurants and great spa. Delicious breakfasts. Every member of staff was delightful and so keen to help. Evening turned down service was variable.

Amazing hotel, beautiful area, lovely staff. Simply exceptional Nothing

We found that the evening menu in the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and had limited options for the children. Some form of buffet in the evenings ie salad and desert would have helped. Having said that, the breakfast was excellent.

Food at the hotel was incredible whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are long overdue an upgrade, particularly with the bathrooms.

The Tennerhof Hotel in Kitzbühel offers stunning mountain views from its breakfast area, garden, and pool, with a beautifully maintained, chateau-like garden. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of high-quality ingredients well above standard. The booking process at Hotel Tennerhof was frustrating, as the hotel attempted to charge the full amount upfront contrary to what was stated on Booking.com. The room was small, lacked air conditioning, had a poor view, and the bathroom was inconvenient, particularly for taller guests. Service quality was inconsistent; staff were friendly but unresponsive to requests, like arranging an e-bike charger. There was a noticeable lack of oversight, affecting the overall experience. Given these issues, the hotel’s service fell short of the expected five-star standard, particularly for a Relais & Châteaux property.
