Hotel Edelweiss Kitzbühel

The owners and all the staff including the fabulous cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Without doubt the nicest ski hotel we’ve been to over the last 20 years and nearly the cheapest!

Amazing staff, comfortable beds, nice amenities, yummy breakfast and afternoon snacks provided. A very welcoming hotel with kind and friendly staff. The hotel had character and charm too. Less than a 10 minute walk to ski lifts, train station and main village.

We had an amazing stay! Loved the rooms, the main area, sauna, and the proximity to downtown and the slopes. The staff were amazing and I LOVED their afternoon snacks and wine. Such amazing hospitality from the owners.

Great atmosphere - cozy and clean. Breakfast and afternoon snack were absolutely amazing. Fresh pasties, fruit, vegetables, shrimp, cakes. Location was convenient but make sure to get the shortcut before you arrive. Hosts were very friendly.

the hotel was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Service was excellent - the owners really tried to make us feel at home while staying at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the aftenoon snack after coming in from skiing. It was an easy walk to the lift and the ski storage room was well equipped. The bathrooms were a bit small - not unexpected in a mountain town hotel.

Perfect in all ways. True hosting at the most. Location, food, hospitality of the team all was 10/10 would love to revisit.

Decorated with great love, excellently maintained, extremely kind hosts. Close to the center and the cable car, yet sheltered from noise and crowds. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it. Nothing.

My husband and I spent a week at Hotel Edelweiss for our honeymoon this holiday break. We had an amazing stay- the staff were incredibly kind and professional, the breakfast/ afternoon snack were delicious, the room very cozy & clean. The sauna is beauitful and well maintained. Location is just a short walk to the gondola for skiing and the main city center, but tucked away enough that it is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Our hosts were extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. Access to the town and skiing was very easy and fast.

Very attentative owners / staff, very nice and renovated room, very good bathroom and shower, good sauna and very good breakfast Owners and staff were almost overly attentative and service oriented - just a little too often asking if all okay, etc. Great hotel however, location to lift just too long with ski's and whilst sauna was great at low occupancy, I can imagine that at high occupancy it is simply too small and crowded

Excellent hotel! Nice property, friendly service, very close to the Kitzbuhel center and Hahnenkamm ski lift. Also great value for money!

Das Edelweiss is truly a gem of a hotel. Very clean, absolute first rate breakfast and late afternoon snack. Next to train tracks but not noisy at all. The family who runs the property (Klaus & Victoria) are friendly, super professional and tend to your every need. You really don't need a car though the hotel does have parking. Gondola is a 5-10 minute walk that's delightful and very easy. The hotel itself has lovely, simple rooms that fulfill every need we had. Highly recommended for families, couples, skiers, cyclists and really anyone who wants to relax in Kitzbuhel. Nothing

location Arrogant, pretentious and rude staff that made our stay feel akin to a probation centre rather than an expensive hotel. Rooms and corridors are drab, tasteless and outdated. We left early, despite having paid in advance.

Proximity to town but not in a busy area and gondola access NA

The music piped through the building was extremely loud and was on until almost midnight and somewhat disruptive to quiet enjoyment of the property. Lack of point person on premises (i.e. front desk) to address immediate inquiries.
