They have variety of food, pools and activities It was not what I expect from 5 star hotel. The reception staff was not helpful, my AC was leaking, the tennis rackets that I had to pay for borrowing were old

The pools were great. The children’s pool was good and perfect for the children. The grounds were also very nice. Food was shocking the la carte restaurants was an extra charge. it was worse food than the actual food hall and that’s saying something. When the food hall was giving out raw chicken. Having to queue up 25 minutes for food that was raw. then go queue up for 15 mins for chips clearly never a constant flow of food. staff that was cooking clearly didn’t have a clue. We ended up eating out of the hotel.

Very nice pools, suitable for kids. The kids enjoyed it a lot. The double bed is very small, the room doesn't have a kettle & the cupboard doesn't have shelves.

the pools, the aqua park, the green areas, the food and the rooms were great the staff was terrible especially the reception guys.. they didn’t speak English and they didn’t even sign our registration from booking

the place of rooms, watergaming ,beach was so wonderfull The property was good, but some of men reception staff need to be imrpove the way of dealing with customers. thanks for all this is my feed back regards
