Part of our family traveled from Russia and part of us flew in from the United States, so this trip was very special for all of us. We were also traveling with two very young children (1 and 2 years old), which can sometimes make vacations challenging. However, from the moment we arrived, the entire team at the hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. One of the things we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. Whether it was a simple question or a special request, the team was always attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic for both children and adults. Our kids loved the water park, the children’s club, the mini disco, and the amusement park. We were especially impressed that the kids club operates from morning until late evening every day. Even though our children are still very young, there was always something for them to enjoy and explore. As parents, that made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable. The beach was another highlight. There was always plenty of space and available sun loungers, which is something that cannot be said about many resorts. One day we rented a cabana and had an amazing experience. It became one of our favorite vacation memories. The food deserves special recognition. Every day offered something new, fresh, and delicious. We also had the opportunity to dine at both the Turkish restaurant and the seafood restaurant, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. The quality, presentation, and flavors were outstanding. We stayed in the Lake House area, and I absolutely loved it. The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. It felt like a perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

The beach Omelette lady The facility is in dire need of renovation. The food was ok. Not anything to write home about. Cleaniness of the room. The toliet leaked, the bathroom wasn't clean. The towels were beige, not white.

Lovely swimming pool and tropical garden area, bartenders at the hotel bars, animators especially Murat Moldy walls in the room, foul smell, dirty room especially bathroom, inadequate superficial cleaning, staff hardly communicates in English, bed sheets were not changed in 10 days, variety of food, WiFi was barely working outside, no WiFi in the room
