I like the comfort. The rooms are clean and comfy. The beach was perfect clean good sunbeds always available sunbeds. The food was okay and the stuff I think is the best thing. They’re always smiling and very polite. They’re always there to help you. I didn’t like the music at the night every day the same DJ same music.. and most of the music was Russian so I supposed it was because of the Russian guest but my opinion that they should play international music that everybody understands and like. And also the sea was dirty the last three it’s days of our stay (I know that that’s not the hotels fault ) and there was smell of gasoline on the beach all day..

Strong AC Pool closed way too early (at 7pm ) whereas the (very bad) music blasted relentlessly until 1 am EVERY NIGHT. I got food poisoning so severe we had to stay and extra day. Management knew why we extended, and yet still charged us full price.

I liked the food and the room a lot. The beach was also wonderful, clean and nicely orgainzed. Food and drinks were offered all the time. Great spa services. It was terribly hot in the gym, and it did open too late for me, I like to excercise in the morning before breakfast. There are not that many green areas around the hotel, no shadow to hide and walk.

Very average hotel, the food and drinks and lack of entertainment for the price you pay is not good. False advertising. As soon as you enter it has a very bad Air Conditioning which is awful for somewhere as hot as 38-40 degrees In the summer which we did come in July. The AC in the room was also very bad and the highest(coldest) ones are still feeling like a regular fan So sleeping is not easy in the heat. The overall feel is very old and definitely does not feel luxury for the price you pay to stay here and how they advertise themselves as 5 stars hotels. The food is very average and not a great selection for the price you pay to stay here, lack of entertainment throughout the day is also very disappointing. The gym was not maintained at all so it is really rusty and small, lack of selection of equipment which ruins the experience as it advertises gym and spa facilities. The beach is ok but you have to pay to have a bed or private hut which costs 40 euros per day on top of your inclusive stay! On top of that, the staff always took very long when we asked for amenities like new towels or iron. We also had problems with our room door and the safe because the battery was finished. Genuinely all very unnecessary problems which they can very much avoid if they took care and maintained the overall place. Lastly, some of staff were not very helpful and were rude unless you tip them. But I believe we met few staffs like Said that are very nice to us and we bonded throughout the trip. Would definitely not return or recommend this play to anyone planning to stay.

Ugly building. Poor quality fixtures, furniture. Place is really sad. Almost no territory. Ugly surrounding. Extremely overpriced. Horrendous alcohol choices, the worst I've ever seen. Not much. Our room got upgraded making the stay bearable.

we loved the staff. the manager was incredible and helping with our problems and of course the animation staff are perfect! the AC!! or lack of… we requested a fan for the room which made us a lot happier

I really liked the staff, very kind of what I didn't see anywhere in Turkey, I really didn't feel alone. I had a great time. the staff always talked to me, in the restaurant especially a waitress named Ferda very bravo and always everyone asked me what I want to drink, very kind and they tried very hard to help me. at breakfast I was only the first day it seemed a bit dry and sitting by it and I preferred to walk breakfast every day and get enough sleep. although I usually have breakfast. but instead dinner and lunch were excellent food to the full. in general, when you enter it is very deep but you can only bathe because being very careful for those who cannot swim is very steep and dangerous. I was in Alanya last year it was even more dangerous but here also the lifeguard should be more attentive to people in the water and here the wave quickly takes you. some big waves that turned me around 2 times when the wind blows some big waves and I think that the working interval of the rescuer is too short should stay up to 19. 30 at least but so people can drown there at what they come to the sea to bathe. I also liked the concerts every night, every night dancers from every country and the disco. what is missing are showers by the pool. sunbeds are enough on the beach. my room was a bit noisy in the morning but as I said it was not suitable after the money I paid they allowed me to change it but I didn't feel like doing it anymore. in principle it was good. I hope that this hotel will be renewed in the future, repair because it already needs new furniture where it is needed, maybe I will decide to return unfortunately when I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the hotel did not receive payment via Booking, although I had the reservation number and it wrote to me that the payment had been processed. why didn't he write insufficient means then or something like that I couldn't process the payment, very strange. I had to pay cash and if I didn't have them they couldn't accommodate me. in the same situation that I could be anyone, it's not possible, why then did he write to me in Booking that the payment was processed and that you guaranteed your reservation with a credit card. and since my room on Booking was with the terrace unfortunately did not give me the promised room overlooking the terrace, they told me it was not ready. I didn't change, I already left them alone, although this room was not worth 800 euros, when I had seen other rooms with 4 beds and only one tourist in it and had spent much less money on the room. I only pay 800 euros and I am given the room without terrace, room 115, they don't think that I lose my clients like that, I didn't have to move with my luggage from room to room, my room had to be free, which deserves such a price. I didn't stop to cuddle, I had everything I needed, only it didn't deserve such big money. in addition, the bed linen was also unchanged from other previous customers and the curtains were yellow and dusty. I asked for my underwear to be changed immediately. I had never seen anything like this before in other previous hotels in Turkey
