Snacks and lunches can be improved.

Spacious and very green campus with low-rise buildings. Professional management, very kind staff, good food. I usually don’t write reviews unless the place is special — and this one truly is. We will definitely come back

the main pool is large but inadequate for the number of guests

the food was excellent, and the entire restaurant team was amazing, always smiling and welcoming. The shows were great and even our kids loved them. We liked the hotel itself very much; the room was a bit small but convenient and modern. The pool was great, though a bit warm. The animation team, especially for activities, was excellent, we could feel the hotel’s energy and hard work. All sports activities were fantastic, with water polo and beach volleyball being my favorites. There are details in this hotel I haven’t seen in other 5-star hotels, even other TUI Blue properties, which make a real difference. For this reason, I still strongly recommend this hotel despite the issues I faced. Excellent stay overall, and I hope to be back. Special thanks to Furkan Bey who was very nice and helpful during our stay, We stayed 6 days in this hotel and, overall, our experience was very good, but our last day was spoiled by an unpleasant incident with the buggy driver, “Ayhan.” On departure day, under 45°C heat, I called reception to request a buggy from Building 27 (the farthest from reception) to the parking. Since we were 5 people, I suggested he make two trips, which he reluctantly accepted. The first trip with my kids went fine, and I asked him to return for my wife and her sister. We waited over 15 minutes, only to see he had taken another family instead. This delay made us late for the airport. When he finally drove them, he reportedly drove too fast and nearly hit other guests. Upon arrival, after my wife thanked him in Turkish, he shouted “THANK YOU!” at my sister-in-law in an aggressive tone, claiming they hadn’t thanked him very unprofessional. On arrival day, Mrs. Ayla also sent us to our room without offering a buggy, despite the long distance and extreme heat with two young children. For a 5-star TUI Blue hotel, such behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

* swimming pool * garden * reception This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. The other 2 times we were given a great room. The staff from the reception wanted to give a similar room and we offered to wait for the room to be cleaned, but the manager changed us in a smaller room. The room was located very close to the main paved way (close to the restaurant) and it was very noisy in the morning, we were woken up at 7:00 every morning by the children that were passing by. We understand this is a family hotel, but we did not have these problems in our previous stays. The sunbeds and towels were worn out (compared to our previous stays). The same thing we noticed at the restaurant with the bowls in which was the food.

Food is excellent. Surpassed my expectations. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Classes were fun. Perfect for a family holiday. You have to use the app to book everything, and app was a bit temperamental. Classes and kids club book up v quickly so you have to be organised.

Incredible customer service, amazing food, great facilities, rooms are clean and spacious. Nothing

The property was very nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was great with a lot of options, lots of veggies and fresh fruit every day, and an amazing selection of pastries. The pool was nice, and the hotel had a direct connection to the beach which was great as the water in late October was still quite warm. Beach is pebbled, so some shoes are needed, but there was a pier you could use to avoid stepping on the stones, so very well thought! I loved that there was a small buffet for the kids, and if I have to be picky, I would have appreciate it to have plastic cups available there for my small toddler. We could get them at the bar, which was not a problem, so is just a small detail to add.

Tui palm garden is a chill and clean hotel with big rooms and friendly stuff. We liked the garden, the pool, the sea. The cleaning is top notch, great staff, friendly folkes, pet friendly. - the food variety was not that great if we are to compare it with our last visit - there are little activities to do around the hotel and very repetitive

Everything was perfect. Especially food and lots of sports. And of coarse stuff is amazing

Good breakfast and activities. Staff pleasant. Lunch and dinner options could’ve varied more day to day and definitely a different themed dinner each night would’ve been good such as Chinese, Japanese or Indian. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep well each night. Entertainment really needs to improve and be more varied. We watched a dance act for 10 mins which I didn’t find very family friendly due to outfits worn and dance moves. Music throughout could be more up to date.

It looks like old Spanish or Italian cozy town. But inside the hotel is fashionable and well equipped. Food I tried, was average for Turkey but good!!! Let’s say that the hotel is done like a good European hotel, and my personal rating is not 4 stars, 4 + or closer to 5 star … I got a running nose due to conditioner) but it means that conditioner is good?

very nice hotel lovely sight didn’t feel too busy even though is a big resort maybe a bit more variety for kids disco - but that’s just being very picky
