Big space and very good pool

The property is vast with a beautiful landscape. They had tennis courts, mini golf, soccer and volleyball fields. One of the polls had a fun water slides. Evening entertainment was closer to the beach so it didn’t disturb the sleep for those in the room. Our windows were towards the pool and it was too loud even during the day. Great entertainment. Amazing guest service, Mamolya helped us with all our needs and checked back with us to ensure we had all we needed. You get a dinner at the ala cart restaurant once during your stay, we were served by Ufuk, Musa, and Ahmet, great team, their service was fast with consistent refills on drinks, food was keep coming. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. We’ve stayed 11 nights in June 2026. Our room was on the 2nd floor which is the lobby floor so no elevator use necessary. Two things that I thought could be improved. Food - there was a lot of Turkish deserts but not enough Turkish meals. I found myself in search of food on many occasions and not finding something to enjoy. I would l on be to see more kofte, doner kebabs, sarma, etc. Gym - I went to the gym 6 days a week, it was painful and not in a good way. The gym is spacious but the equipment is 20 years too old, mostly broken, doors are open with the nice view of the sea with no air conditioning so you are struggling there.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly. I would especially like to thank the lady in customer relations. She was very helpful. We enjoyed the activities and animation shows. I would definitely recommend this facility in terms of price and performance.

Second, the food was delicious, varied, and exceptionally well prepared. Every meal offered a wide selection of fresh dishes, all cooked with great care, generosity, and attention to detail. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The gardens and outdoor areas are also attractive and carefully looked after. The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for both adults and children. There are plenty of sunbeds and areas to relax throughout the day. The beach is also wonderful, offering clear water and a peaceful environment for swimming and enjoying the sea. The entertainment team deserves special praise. They are friendly, energetic, and organize many enjoyable activities throughout the day. The evening shows are professional, fun, and suitable for all ages, making every night memorable. Overall, this resort offers excellent service, great food, comfortable accommodation, and fantastic entertainment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The building was big, clean, and very nice design and comfortable interiors , we were very happy about everything we had there. the room, service, food and the childs also were happy, we wanted to stay more but unfortunately the rooms were fully booked.

Lots of things for kids to do, and we loved the kids disco. There was a little Zoo there which we loved. Not sure if it was intentional as nobody cared that the rabbits, chickens and ducks were just wandering about free. The member of staff serving the ice cream and smoothies was so lovely, would greet us everyday. We didn’t do any excursions as there was enough things to do within the resort. We had a lovely family massage in the spa. Not really a dealbreaker as i would go again but more of an observation. There was an overwhelming number of Russian guests so a lot of the entertainment was geared towards them. The entertainment staff were from Kazakhstan and spoke perfect English and were visible and nice but with not many English families there to engage with, we did feel like a minority. Like I said despite this I would still go back.

Only the open space at the back of the hotel building - Very poor in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, rooms are not cleaned everyday, cleaner does not sweep the floor, to;it are not cleaned everyday, bed sheets not changed for a week, towels are not not changed everyday, same towel are put back on the bed. Rooms furniture are not cleaned for a week, cleaner only come in the room and just do the bed with the same bed sheet and go and not other cleaning done. - Hotel corridor are smelly as there is carpet along the corridor which are dirty and filthy and smelly. - Very bad smell odour from the drains around all eating areas, feels like we are in a sewage site. - No internet and Wi-Fi facilities in the room -Boring animation every night.

I liked the diversity of food, unlimited drinks, the pool bar, the fast food bar at the beach, the rooms with comfortable beds and entertainment activities like water park and others Nothing.

Everything is easily accessible, the staff are helpful. Customer relations team and especially their manager - ILHAN was the best thing about the hotel, he was able to help me with a difficult situation and was super professional and understanding. The hotel is a bit “tired”

The facilities were just fantastic! There was something for everyone to enjoy! Pet Zoo, Swimming Pools, Slides, Funfair, Gyms, delicious food, great staff entertainment, Disco and endless food, cocktails & mock tails throughout the days! Friendly staff and cleaners. Our room and views was beautiful! The lifts had broken down a few days while we were on holiday. It wasn’t great especially when we had to carry our suitcases in the heat and walk up the stairs after having a good evening out.

Dirty Facilities, Disrespectful staff, Terrible Experience

everything was terrible about the property, when first arriving the reception staff were very disrespectful especially a gentleman with glasses who put us into a staff bedroom at first which was horrific. The rooms are dirty and old, the beds are not comfortable what so ever. overall the service is just very very bad, there is hardly any drinks, the bar staff are disrespectful towards kids. The pools are very dirty as they are not cleaned at all. I just dont recommend this hotel whatsoever from the first day i arrived i wanted to leave.
