Food is good and variant, spacious and wide green areas, nice beaches. Cleanliness and quietness. Mosquitoes especially in the room near the zen garden It was very bad and they supposed to provide me solution for this issue but they didn’t.

The most positive part of the stay is the Mediterranean sea. The sea was amazing during all our vacation in September. It was calm and warm. It was a pleasure to swim or to snorkel when you can see the bottom even at the very depths. Although it cannot be said that the marine fauna and flora are diverse. The beach is pretty long but but swimming is not allowed everywhere (because of the huge rocks I suppose). Notice that the bottom and beach are made of small pebbles. One side of the beach is near the bar so it is pretty noisy. But the descent to the water is smooth and easy to enter. That was important for my mom with joint problems. The other side was quit but with steep descent. The hotel territory is big and has interesting zoning. There is beautiful Japanese style garden where we could do our daily exercises and just walk. Food was ok. It was pretty much the same every day and became boring at the end of the stay but was fresh and tasted good. The listed below could be acceptable for a 3- or 4-star hotel but for a hotel claiming to be a 5-star and for this price it is pretty disappointing. Information provided at check-in was poor. No explanation about rules, hotel arrangements and activity schedule. The staff barely speak English and couldn't answer my questions from the beginning. We tried not to focus on that and hoped to figure everything out later. We arrived around 12 and waited for our rooms to be ready and nobody offered us to go for a lunch while waiting or drinks. Interesting things started in the room. There was only one dispenser with no signs. Was it shampoo or shower gel? Where is the second one and conditioner in this case? Later we asked at the reception and was told that we can use it as a gel and shampoo. Not a thing you expect in a 5-star hotel. Also there are no bath robes, no toothbrushes, no small things lake combs and razors and not even shelves to put all your staff in a shower cabin. More interesting was coming when we decided to go the beach. They give you beach towels by cards. From 9 am to 6.30 pm. When I asked what I am supposed to do if I want to take a sunbath at 7 am I was replied like 'i don't know, this is not my problem'. They give you a spa gift card which basically means 5 minutes massage if there is no paid reservations. It is also said on a brochure that hammam works daily but in reality you can visit it only if it is not occupied with paid services. If you there and didn't pay for that they will just ignore you. We paid for a service for my mom with promised 2-hours procedure which was quit shorter and wasn't good enough for its price. And the thing to finish that day was the turning people away for wearing summer sandals in a resort. This is ridiculous. I can understand restrictions about flip flops and swim shorts but this is way too much. As I said food was ok but could be better.

Staff very friendly , resort was clean and pleasant and food was great. Beach was clean and plenty of chairs and beach beds . Thank you for making my wife and I feel very welcomed. We appreciate it very much. N/a

The whole complex, especially the staff The first room i was in was a bunglow with garden view it was to near the main road and to noisy and there to close together, i would not recommend one of these rooms .so i had to pay to upgrade

For me, this hotel felt like a very good 4-star hotel. It has quite a big territory to walk around in the evenings, 2 beaches and tasty restaurants. The major thing I liked was the personnel. The people working in this hotel are all very polite and nice, ready to help when needed. Also, many are multilingual, which is always a big advantage when one travels with their parents that might not know English. The food in the restaurant was very diverse and tasty, same could be said about the snack bars. Also, the suit rooms are amazing, really recommend choosing them for your stay! In general, the hotel has a lot of nice looking spots and good design. Animation program was quite diverse, definetely a plus from me. P.S. when my father had a B-day, the hotel brought him a cake with a bottle of wine - very sweet of them! You should understand that although the hotel is located quite far from the airport (70 km), you will not at all feel isolated. The problem is that the hotel is located very close to a motorway and in most of its parts you can hear the road quite vividly 24/7. Especially if you are used to living in a quite place. The sunbeds at the beach felt a bit uncomfortable, especially compared to the ones near the pool area and the villas. Also, I don't know how it is during peak summer season, but even in September it was quite a challenge to find 2 sunbeds after 10 am. This was always a motivation to stand up early... The bungalow rooms look "tired" and cheap, some of their parts need to be restored - something you would not normally find in a good 5 star hotel.

Rooms were very clean, facilities were awesome and staff was always helpful and friendly I wish there were more beach chairs and umbrellas so you didn’t have to wake up early to get a spot

Location was amazing, the room was lovely snd view amazing. Staff too focused on clearing tables at the expense of customer service. Place looks tired and needs investment. All inclusive stopping at 11pm was a joke. Freshly squeezed orange juice only free at breakfast. Ice cream only available until 16.30.

Great service, delicious food, very clean rooms, stuff is organized and responsive. Every night live music at the Blue Bar. The view from the room is spectacular. nothing, everything was amazing!

variety of food , smiley hard working staff and the infinity pool animation team were very weak.
