I’m happy

nice spot in Klammath Falls, standard hotel room, friendly staff, lots of nearby options.

When you walk into the lobby you're hit with an old, musty and damp smell. You can tell some renovations have taken place, like within the last 10 years or so. The carpet in the lobby and hallways were in good shape, but as you look closely to the furniture, fixtures, and walls, you start to question what your room will be like. The room was actually more spacious than I thought it would be, and seemed generally clean. But the poor condition of the fixtures (chips in the sink, tub, toilet, and counter), walls, and curtains said enough. "Budget." I too have said enough, but you get the gist.

Bathrooms were very small and not clean. The showers water force is too hard.

The lady that checked me in, took way to long. I stood in line for over 20 minutes, and only 2 people were in front of me. Several of the lights in my room had bulbs that were burnt out. I asked for a non smoking room, and while it was, I could tell it use to be a smoker room. The carpet was nasty. The only positive thing I have to say is the breakfast was ok. I travel every week for work, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room appeare and the tub/shower was gross with mold in it. Would not stay here again. The staff were slow on check in and check out.
-
I was disappointed about not getting any room service. I was there for three nights and never got any fresh towels, even after one of the cleaning staff asked me if I needed anything.

Nice and quiet friendly staff !

Friendly staff.Comfortable bed. Breakfast not so great.

It was okay for a night with my 2 young kids but I wish we had paid a little more for a different hotel. Front desk was not attentive, overheard staff laughing about not knowing how much chlorine to put in the pool, no towels, gym was a tiny room with dirty carpet and broken equipment, hot tub was out of service, located in an unsafe area of town.
-
The beds had stained sheets, bathroom was grime and the hallways dark hiding all the dust and dirt. The hot tub was completely out of order and pool was over treated with chemicals. Plus no towels. I would stay clear of this place as it is not worth the money.

The breakfast was fine. There were options and more than enough. My room was right by the stairs/elevator and above rhe vending machines. I heard everything. Also, I did not have a mini fridge in my room, which was disappointing. Lastly, when I was closing the curtains, I realized the left side one had numerous holes in it. Mainly on the upper seam.

Josh the cook was so good and friendly. Patrick the maintenance guy was very helpful and friendly. Checkout and in were great ladies. I don't remember their name.

Everything was amazing

Parking was great, breakfast was mediocre, Yogurt was outdated, like by 2 weeks. I asked for light bulbs my first night, they said they did not have any and they would get the maintenance to bring some tomorrow. The next morning I told the front desk that the sink was draining very slow. The sink was cracked and there was paint peeling off the tub. I saw a review after I had booked that mentioned these same issues. The sink not draining and having to ask for light bulbs are issues that should have been addresed right away. Very dissapointing.

The vending machines in the hotel are set up for you to not get your product. Ever package is placed so that it won’t fall down.

Breakfast was great, nearby restaurants for dinner...
