Great place to stay

The location was okay. We drove about 5 minutes to a brewery that served various adult beverages and had terrific burgers.

A bit off the highway

I like the that the room was clean , breakfast was good and we had a great time at the pool.

Excellent staff. All very eager to help. Comfortable room. Great location for trip to Crater Lake. Breakfast room wasn’t big enough to accommodate all guests. There were a few ants on the floor of our room when we arrived but we just squished them and ignored it unsure if we had maybe tracked them in ourselves. They didn’t get into anything.

Breakfast was nice, hot and very delicious.

Room was clean and staff was helpful.

Check-in time was 4pm and we were in town for a wedding. They scrambled and got the rooms ready for us to check in a little early. The communication was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Staff friendly and check in was simple. They had item to use the laundry and provided change for them.

Great central location.

With a corner room the road it was very loud traffic noise. Room was a bit dirty, used creamer container by chair and one towel appeared dirty

Lobby was dark and no attendant at front desk on arrival so had to wait to check in at 8pm. Staff was not overtly friendly and the elevator lurched every time I rode it.

This hotel has a super clean feel to it including their pool. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff is super nice! Will stay here again if I travel back to Klamath Falls.

Staff was very accommodating to our baseball team & families. Went the extra mile for all of us. Breakfast was good, but disappointed in what was advertising on the page in what they served. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.
