It was convenient to food. When I went into the room I smelled soap and underneath that a strong musty smell. When I got into the bath to soak, at the seam there was black mold. If you only took a shower you would not have seen it.

15min drive to downtown Knoxville, within walking distance to restaurants, 5min drive to shopping and the mall. Great complimentary breakfast and very quiet in general Bed was pretty hard

Housekeeping needs to focus on the cleaning. Room clean and coffee and tea station refillings was not maintain.

This has been my go to stay on my rout between New Orleans and Baltimore, especially when I bring my dogs, but this is about to change. It is the most affordable property in the area but is beginning to show the wear. This trip, no dogs. The bed was clean but there was hair in the sink, not mine, the shower light bulb was out, and the room was in serious need of fresh paint and carpet. I’ll be booking a different place for the return trip.
