Unhappy on how the hotel handled the reservation

Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions were thrown all over. Staff tried to make the best of an overwhelming situation but seemed to be understaffed as well.

It was an AMAZING property!...

Second stay here. Staff is excellent. Complementary beer and cheese at night was great. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are so nice. Room was clean and very nice

The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.

Location in Knoxville. The entrance is really messed up trying to drive in form the road. Had to drive over a junk parking lot just to get to the hotel front door.

Close to about everything you could want to do.

There was cheese, olives, beer and wine available for free when we arrived. Breakfast made to order in the morning. Tea and coffee in your room which was spacious and had everything you could want. Restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

Did not care for the breakfast. If you are a health conscious person, then you will like the breakfast, however, if you like a waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon during the week you can forget about it, not happening.

Fresh, clean, accessible

Clean, comfortable. The room layout is a good set up. Feels roomy, unlike most hotel rooms. Also, bathroom had good counter space.
