Everything was great but the tub kept stopping up. Other than that everything was clean.

The bad: The room was falling apart. The carpet in our room was fraying. The pull out couch fabric was shredding. The whole room looked like it hadn’t seen any updates in 25 years.

The front desk assistants were very pleasant. The breakfast items looked good, tasted good, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room itself was ok but the floors were dirty, the water from the shower head contained some type of sediment, likely rust, and the drain was clogged for a while after showering. I reported this to the staff on Friday afternoon and was told that the maintenance man was gone for the day but would come on Saturday. On Saturday, I asked what time they would be inspecting the room and was told the maintenance guy is on vacation so there’s nothing that can be done. I was offered another room but only if I moved right at the moment but I had already left the hotel for the day. No other mention was made of this.1

Very nice stay. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Clean facility. Only negative was the breakfast area was very small and hard to maneuver because of the tight space. I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, air conditioning was great. Great location for greeting to the convention center and there were several restaurants close. Shopping was also very accessible from our hotel. Overall a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff had amazing customer service during all shifts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was really good with great hours. Very family friendly as well. Also, lots of coffee with plenty of creamer choices available which was a big plus for a long road trip :)

The room was very comfortable and clean. It provided us the space we needed for 4 people. My teenager enjoyed having the living room to himself. Toilet clogged, but the staff fixed swiftly
