My room smelled like cigarette smoke

They were super nice and helpful and I like how well they were honest and helpful and clean

Pool wasn't open. Manager is a jerk. Told me I couldn't have 2 friends hangout with me . He called the cops bc I allowed 2 friends to chill for a couple hours. I'm 41 just saying he ain't my dad

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that will change at some point during a future stay.

I like stay there . Close to where I need to be . Clean. Easy access . Helpful stay . Room had everything I needed . Well light parking . Easy access

The blanket and sheets had burn holes in it and the mattress cover had stains all over it not cleaned also got up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night and there was roaches crawling around when I turned the light on there was also people I assume homeless just hanging out in the hall half the night before they left

The rooms was in serious need of repair. The shower was dirty. The property itself is run down and needs some improvements. I will never stay there again.

This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport.

Great location, lousy motel. Rooms were run down, not very clean, bedspreads had burn holes, tiles were missing, floors were dirty. Had to stay because there were no other hotels available. Do not recommend.

The location was close to I75 Front desk clerk was helpful Checked in to our first room and lights and fan in bathroom did not turn on. Reported and front desk clerk came to inspect and we were given another room. The second room was dirty, had to clean toilet, wipe down sink, door and tv remote. One of pillows was dirty( clerk brought us a new one). Pool was not open, vending machines out of order. Lots of air freshener used+++throughout building, no in room coffee maker, no breakfast or coffee in lobby. Stayed here only because we had driven all day and needed place to sleep. We were checked out by 7
