The refrigerator was too tiny to put my left over dinner in. 😕

Our room was great there was no bags for the trash cans though

Shower had clumps of hair in the bottom. Razor was left in the shower No garbage bags in the trash cans.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location. Had hoped for a slightly larger space - it was basically a narrow galley between the end of the bed and the wall. And the AC wall unit was problematic - the drapes covered the vents and there was a rickety plastic cover to try to address the situation. But overall nothing to dissuade anyone from staying here.

Great location to downtown, clean rooms and easy parking.

Very friendly staff and clean property. The location was great with a wonderful view of the fireworks over the river.

The staff was so kind and greeted us promptly when we arrived. It was the perfect start to a good weekend.

The room was nice, but our toilet kept sticking and after we went to bed, it started making a sqealing noise. My husband had to turn off the water. We were already in bed & didnt want to switch rooms so late. Also, no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Had to use body wash for hair. Elevator got stuck at one point as well.

I feel like they make everything easy for you. Parking is not an issue, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, floors were very quiet. Have a great gym and an indoor pool. The restaurant on site was very good and the bartender knows how to make good drinks. It’s close to everything in the staff. We’re all very polite. We will definitely be back.

Good hotel

Terribly old and outdated. I had to walk from the basement to the lobby, for elderly or handicapped people this will not work. I had knee replacement and it was tough for me. The floor they put me on smelled like an old wet dog. The room was terrible with a view of the HVAC. I paid 250 for that? I could get a better room in NYC or DC than this in KNOXVILLE, LOL

The staff is phenomenal and I can always count on a clean, smoke-free, brightly lit room with a large window and dark curtains to help you sleep in! The air conditioning is easily adjusted and the rooms all have a fantastic shower (lots of hot water and lots of water pressure!). Towels are replaced daily, and there is a refrigerator and small coffee maker in the room with cream and sugar packets that get replenished every day. There is a desk in the room for a computer to work quietly. It is quiet and the breakfast is phenomenal each morning. The little shop down in the lobby has a little bit of everything. It's just everything I look for when I want a relaxing, wonderfully comfortable place to unwind. I won't stay anywhere else!

Dee at the front dest was amazing and Jenn was awsome for both of our Breakfasts. Highly recommend
