The location was sensational. The host was very friendly and the overall condition of the place, decor, feel and views were unmatched! The value for money of the room could've been slightly better. We expected something a little bigger. We acknowledge that our expectations might have been slightly unrealistic when considering the location and how beautiful the place was.

The location There's no value for money. The breakfast menu didn't match the money we paid. It must not be called a hotel because it is operating as a guest house. When we were browsing it popped up as a 5 star hotel but when we got there, we were in a 3 star guest house.

We loved the luxury, high-end feel of the hotel. It has been decorated to a high standard and very modern. We loved how large our bedroom was and with views over the Knysea heads were just incredible. Our breakfast was lovely with freshly baked muffins which were really lovely We booked last minute quite late at night, unfortunately because of this trying to check in wasn’t very easy. However, staff were brilliant once we got in touch with them to let us in

The location has a stunning view on the knysna head and entry to the lagoon. The staff is friendly and works hard to fulfill all the wishes. Thanks to Dora and team for giving us an unforgettable time. We appreciated the evening in the Gueshouse were a ‚private‘ cook was organized for us, thanks for the unforgettable evening

The pictures do not do the house and rooms any justice. The views where absolutely stunning. The service from the staff and owner was 5 star. The house was easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. I can't wait to come back again for a longer stay. Nothing at all.

The accommodation looks great with an amazing view . They serve really great breakfast and the ladies who do breakfast are professional and really nice The one night there was noise coming from the common area which happened to be stuff playing loud music - that was upsetting we had to call because we could not sleep The pool was not cleaned - as a result we were told not to go in the pool “ because according to them it still had chemicals “

This boutique hotel of only 6 rooms is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The views from the pool and breakfast area are gorgeous. The cinema suite room we had was stunning. The photos don't even do it justice. It has a long balcony where we were able to watch the sunset over the The Heads. The bathroom is massive with a free standing bath overlooking the gorgeous bay. With all these beautiful views it still feel very private and secluded. Lastly there's a large private cinema room with a big smart tv where you can watch a movie. The staff are so lovely...Dora was an angel and even organised a last minute dinner reservation for us. They have clearly listened to previous constructive criticism because a generator kicked in almost immediately at approx 10pm when there was some load shedding. Breakfast was tasty with some good hot options as well. We didn't stay long enough.
