Hans and Dominique were the most wonderful hosts. Friendly, informative and accommodating. Room and the property were lovely and the area felt safe. The breakfast was served in the room and of great quality. Would rate this place 11/10 if we could, one of our favourite stays during our trip. N/A

We loved our stay at De View and would gladly stay again if we’re lucky enough to get back to South Africa. Lovely room with an outstanding view, generous healthy breakfast, and fantastic hosts who offered great advice and helped with dinner reservations.

I highly recommend this B&B! The host’s organization was flawless, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a wide range of fresh and tasty options. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the Knysna Lagoon—a perfect way to start the day. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would love to repeat!

The rooms are clean and have a wonderful balcony with a view of the Knysna Bay, which was perfect for sunrises. The breakfast served by Dom and Hans is great, fresh and slightly varies every day. Thank you again!

We had an amazing stay with breath taking views of the lagoon from the balcony. Alit of attention to detail in the room. And also host makes an incredible breakfast with lovely home made bread and exotic cut fruit. Each day a different variety and breakfast brought to the balcony. One of the best places we stayed and would highly recommend No negatives

The hospitality at De View is outstanding. Hans & Dom are friendly & helpful and ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean, uncluttered, comfortable and well equipped. The view is gorgeous and the breakfast is perfect. A very generous continental spread with cooked eggs and lovely home baked goodies. Perfection! Nothing - we love De View.

Dom and Hans are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with recommendations for the area, a wonderful breakfast, and a lot of kindness. The room comes with a balcony on which, if the weather allows it, the breakfast is served, and the view is just stunning. We can only recommend this accommodation.

Super nice and attentive hosts. We had the room on the top floor with a great view of the Knysna estuary. The excellent breakfast is lovingly prepared and served at the desired time on your own balcony. The room is very nice, modern and practically furnished with a terrace and a great view. Super comfortable bed, we slept really well. (we didn´t want to leave at all;))

The property is in a fabulous location with the most amazing view of the lagoon from our room - stunning. Parking right outside the entrance to the bedroom was perfect. Our room was lovely - spotless with every facility we could wish for in it. Great attention to detail from the hosts Domini & Hans which was noticed and much appreciated. Breakfast a delight especially Hans home made banana bread/cake! Everything (huge selection of bread, fruit, juice, eggs throughout our stay) was served up beautifully and all of it so fresh. There isn’t anything!
