Great view with good size rooms. Great breakfast. Manager was very helpful & prompt. The place was cosy withba fireplace in the living room. The hotwater supply was cut off for a good 2 days due to some geyser issues. So had to use another room for showers

Beautiful views of the Heads. Breakfast area was superb. Can’t really walk anywhere but a 7 minute car ride puts you right in the area you want to be Can’t easily walk into town.

Its located in a hill and the total water front can be viewed from top . Super clean . Isnt any .

Staff was friendly and we had the "free run" of the property ito access to facilities. Property is in need of upkeep and maintenance. Geysers were broken, toilet pipes were leaking and shower door enclosures were broken and loose. Parking was a serious challenge as we battled to squeeze in when all the guests were there.

Good location, friendly staff,spacious bedroom and definitely value for money. The breakfast was good but I think they should offer healthy breakfast as well, overall we enjoyed our stay?

The property is beautifully situated with a gorgeous view across the Knysna. Our room was a comfortable size and included a handy kitchen counter, crockery & cutlery and a fridge, although we had booked the bed & breakfast option. There were a few breakfast options which more than satisfied our needs. Our host Mohammed, was extremely welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Very good value for money.

The manager, Mohammad, was really really kind, professional and welcoming. The view from the room was lovely and the amenities made our stay very comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had so much fun in Knysna and our stay 6 on Protea was the cherry on the cake. The TV in the room is very old (not a smart tv) and only had a couple channels of DSTV. In need of an upgrate. Other than that, it was really lovely.

The breakfast were great The bed was very uncomfortable, to soft or sagging. I didn't have a good nights rest and I woke up with a sore body. They also did not have any complimentary water in the room which I found very surprising. Also no rusks with morning coffee. I am comparing this to places we have stayed before for less than the price we paid.

Good views from lounge. Breakfast made to order. Secure parking. Pleasant staff. Location was quite a way from the main restaurant area that’s around the waterfront so needed Uber to get back. Bed not that comfortable
