I liked everything at the hotel The hotel is situated alongside a major road, so it is quiet noisy from the traffic

Nothing We had an overall terrible experience. The managers/owners were very rude, and had no patience even with well behaved children traveling with our group. This is NOT a family friendly property. Our group of PAYING, well educated adults and leaders in our community were treated like naughty children when we used the braai facilities and lounge. The location next to the N2 is very noisy with loads of trucks driving past through out the night. The parking is a nightmare.

The hosts are friendly and location is very nice. Booking.com is not clear that we need to reserve dinner and breakfast upfront. After a long drive with a baby, all we wanted was having supper at the restaurant but learned we had to prebook.
