The place is incredible, location, architecture, room, facilities, pool. The staff is rather not service minded (except the local young boss).

Absolutely amazing views, food and service. Jordon drove to Knysna to drop off EarPods we left behind. Best service we ever had. The theatre is also a proper treat.

I liked the view and the attention to details. Amazing property! I didn’t like just the smell coming out from the kitchen because the extractor was not always working properly and the windows were closed. Anyway the food was very good

Loved the location We were not aware that it was not a smoke free hotel . The small of cigarettes was all around us .

The view from our room was breathtaking. A really incredible view. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were so helpful, and Jordan was exceptionally good at recommending things to do ,his knowledge of the area was excellent. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Our stay was great. The menu is great, the view is out of this world. I cannot wait to revisit the Mount in the near future. Thank you once again.

Almost everything about our stay was perfect. The room was amazing, the view is amazing, the food was out of this world and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the room is next to the pool area and if there are noisy people/children then there is no way to block the noise out of the room.
