Rooms are spacious and well designed. Beautiful modern and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with lots to offer a variety of tastes. It was fantastic that the hotel made such an effort to accommodate the marathon runners with extra early breakfast and a shuttle service. This was unexpected and shows attentiveness to what is happening in the town and addressing the guests 'needs accordingly. Thank you! Winter time in Knysna is very cold, blankets offered in the rooms would help.

The room is like a broom`s closet. Old, out dated probably from 1994. The showering unit is expected in a F1 hotel, not a Marriot Protea hotel.

On honeymoon, really enjoyed the stay. Check in process was smooth. Staff very friendly. Room neat and clean Location great, walking distance to restaurants etc. Will book at Marriot Knysna Quays again in future.

Just the location rest very poor facilities in the room Bathrooms not fully equipped. Water clogged in the wash basin every time we open the tap. No toiletries at all. Inspite of complaining to them not resolved. Very limited things in breakfast. Very few fruits. Over all no value for the money paid. Bad experience
