Very friendly reception & assistance. Great value for money.

You must pay R70 each day if you want your room to be cleaned, if you spend couple of days I don't mind to clean the room but the linen and the bath towel and the black bag for refusal,I'm not sure, whether you ask for it

What a pleasure to be greeted by Precious upon arriving. She made sure that we were happy with our room. She showed us around, and when we mentioned that we were planning to leave earlier than planned the next day. She informed us not to stress that she will be at the reception area. Our room was very clean and neat, and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed for a self-catering unit. Very happy with the accommodation and will definitely stay here again! No fault can be found

Friendly hostess. The room was clean and nicely equipped. It's right on the N2 road, 10 minutes walk to the waterfront. Supermarket and several restaurants few minutes away. Parking on the back yard available. Unfortunately, adding to the general water scarcity of the area, on my arrival there were some issues with the supply on the neigbourhood and there was no water at all during my stay. Host provided me with a couple of water bottles for my bathroom use. The streets around could be very noisy and wake you up in the middle of the night.

This is a hard one to rate. You can see the owners are really putting their hearts and souls into this establishment, with a warm and welcoming reception and all the tiny details to try and make your stay more memorable. It is also very affordable for the size of the room we got, but the cleanliness was a bit of a turn-off for us. The whole feel was more like a backpackers hostel than an Inn. Everything felt sticky - from the floors, to the counters to the couches and the linen. The kitchen drawers and cupboards had old, hardened food stains on the top and inside rims that quenched our appetites. Maybe some different cleaning products and a proper deep clean can solve this problem.

The location is good, but noisy because it is on the MAIN ROAD. And the address here on BOOKINGS were wrong and we ended up in a not nice neighbourhood. At night, we were told not to be alone or walk. So, we went to where the staff recommended us to go and we loved it. There are two market very close, some restaurants and it is as we did a night and go, I recommend.

Bathroom bit small but it's not a big deal

Hosts Maggie and Mervin were very helpful and friendly. Bed was super comfy. Lovely hot shower. Very convenient position in Knysna. Toilet space was very narrow for bigger size people. Traffic was noisy but didn't bother us.

The room was comfortable and well appointed for the price point, good for an overnight stay during a road trip, The area around the Inn at night seemed to be a a bit dodgy and i wouldn't recommend walking around in the evening, during the day it was perfectly fine.

It's really convenient and beautiful. Love the gardens and entrance, very welcoming. The ladies at the reception were wonderful. The smokers sit at the steps at the car parking area, it was very unpleasant, as their smoke wafted into our room and we could taste it in our throats late into the night.
