Very friendly staff, clean, neat and safe! Breakfast was delicious! Wifi ? was connecting but it was horribly slow. We were excited to lie in bed and watch a movie, but the internet was too slow and the movie we wanted to stream was buffering so much that we had to switch off the tv. We also had to go into town to watch the Springboks play as we couldn’t watch it in our room or at the hotel.

Busi was very hospitable and welcoming. The room was spacious and neat with a bar fridge, a large screen tv and plenty cupboard space. Bedding was clean and a cost bed to get in to after a day of site seeing. Location was ideal, very close to everything although we didn't walk, it's a short drive to all the areas around. Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one. Having to carry luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor and the best after a long trip. A lift would be ideal or a room on the ground floor. Nonetheless we got in a few steps. ? Would be nice to have a phone in the room should we need to get a hold of staff. A hairdryer would be good to have in the room.

Everything was perfect. The staff were great. Specially the lady who checked us in was exceptional.

We had a great time, despite arriving very late nearly at 22:00 we were met by very friendly lady who took her time to take us around and explained everything. Very positive experience and 1st impression is going to last! nothing - everything was great and more than what I expected! Will definatly stay there again.

Good Location and property. Secure parking and very good breakfast. Busi on reception was lovely The beds need updating, extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom needs a deep clean
