I couldn’t believe the glamorous oasis I had at the end of the beach. I woke up to a view of the ocean and jungle garden, went on a long dawn walk all the way along the beach before coming back to a delicious breakfast served overlooking the coastline. There isn’t a buffet (which after staying at Blue Horizon I’m now anti-buffet). Rather than an endless selection of cold buffet like many resorts, Blue Horizon has a breakfast menu. I had an exceptional breakfast and still more than I could eat. The cooked brekkie came with sides of banana bread, toast, jam, fresh breads, fruits, juices, coffee etc. Pak, Lek and the team were brilliant hosts. I was traveling solo so it was great chatting with them about life as well as having them looking after me. Nothing was too much and they arranged all my transport so easily plus room service when I was exhausted after a day of diving. The chef does an excellent burger, chips and mango sticky rice. Oh and no need to fight for sun lounges by the pool like at the big resorts. There’s enough for everyone ❤️ Nothing to not like. It’s my recommendation for anyone staying on Koh Phangan

The room was lovely (although lacking a tv) and spotlessly clean. AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Housekeeping left a small snack every day. The pool was comfortable with great views. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There were a lot of stairs, but we knew that before booking.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The service from the staff was exceptional – they were attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. often, they anticipated our needs before we even had the chance to ask or realize what we needed. Their level of care and hospitality truly made our experience special.

We travel extensively around the world and throughout Thailand, but this place will undoubtedly be remembered as a true hidden gem. It completely exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, and the meals were delicious, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to the smallest details. The service here is world-class—honestly, it surpasses many other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip! Highly recommended.

The staff were outstanding, and the design and meticulous attention to every detail were truly exceptional. Overall, the atmosphere at the resort was incredible. We could easily request anything we needed through the resort’s WhatsApp number.

Our biggest recommendation! There was absolutely nothing we didn’t love about this hotel. The location (close to everything but quiet and peaceful), the room, the pool, the breakfast, the magical atmosphere and especially the staff. Everything was exceptionally clean and highly maintained. The staff were always smiling, kind and helpful above and beyond. You could really see how much thought and effort was put into every detail. One of our top hotels for sure. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable rooms, great views, right by the sea. We were able to prolong our stay by 1 day without a problem. So we stayed in 2 rooms/ huts and found the smaller one to be even nicer.

Guests arrive at the upper end of Beyond the Blue Horizon and walk down rather steep stairs (with no railings) to check in at the beach level. I was concerned that some of the less active members of our group of 5 would struggle, but everyone loved the property and just took their time on the steps over our 4 day stay. It was a peaceful visit, with great food, incredible views and gracious hosts. If measuring the value of a property has anything to do with how often you talk about it to your friends when you get home, this place is the winner. I hope to go back for another visit one day.

Everything! We absolutely loved our stay here. The pool was brilliant to soak up the views or the surrounding beaches and even watch sunset in. The staff were all really friendly and so helpful with arranging taxis and bike hire. The breakfast was gorgeous and made even better by the views! We also ate here one evening and that was fantastic. We had a sea view room which I would highly recommend. The bed was really comfortable and the room had everything you would want for your stay. Nothing we disliked - just a note that we would have found it difficult without scooters to get around & go to other places as there isn't lots near by in terms of restaurants etc but I feel that is similar for many areas on this Island. It was no inconvenience for us.
