The room was very small compared the amount of money you pay for , there was fly everywhere , you get only a fan and no AC , The mattress is uncomfortable. Over all really disappointed, the money I paid doesn’t justify what I got

They give you a bed I saw the poor reviews and I really thought to myself “how bad can it be?” The answer is really bad. There were termites munching the wall behind me while I slept, the bug problem is so prevalent in this hotel that each bed comes with a bug net. Most of the rooms don’t have AC, and there are random floorboards that give way super easily. The bed itself was disgusting, and I’m scared to ask what might live in that filthy mattress. The guy running the place was apathetic and was not at all surprised when I mentioned termites. I put my finger on the wall behind me and it gave way. The bathrooms were gross, and the floorboards have gaps that welcome the entire jungle as your roommates. On top of all of that, the location isn’t even good. I highly recommend paying a bit extra to stay somewhere else. Camping is a better option than this shithole.

Bed! It was the old type with springs, a cheap quality, that had already been used. I mostly slept on my hammock.

The room was large, but it did not include 3 beds, or 4 like the booking description showed. The room we booked was given to a different person, Then they said it was our fault, our mistake. Then wouldn’t give us a blanket or pillow, told us to contact the owner which we did, never heard back, the next day a different woman came and told us that what we did (ask the neighbor to lend us a bed since she was one put in our standard triple booking) was illegal and we needed to fix it before we left. The booking description also says coffee and tea, but this will not be free, even though they tell you that it is at check in… the room was very loud, dogs bark at 2/3 am every night and do not stop until dawn. When it rains the entire road in front is a lake of mud and sand.

No AC, no screen on the bathroom slots so open to the mosquitoes. No mosquitoe netting as advertised in pictures. Not overly joyous people working here.

extremely overpriced, unprofessional and overwhelmed receptionist, taking advantage of people’s desperation during high season and jacking the prices. these people are everything wrong with KP right now.

Great location near the beach, friendly staff, good wi-fi, good restaurants nearby, near to seven-eleven shop nearby. Smell of fresh paint in the room, pillows too big, big spiders and snails in the bathroom, flow of water very weak in the shower, and they didn't accept credit cards, I had to pay with cash. No air conditioning but only a fan in the room.
