Very good location for anyone catching a flight as it’s near airport, not so good if you want to see Phuket. Very clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Shower flooded the bathroom as the pipe was loose.

Everything. The photos were misleading. The room was terribly small. There was a roach in the bathroom. There was a bug in my bed. This was the first hotel on my trip that was not good or did not match reviews or description. The adjoining property looked nice. Do not get a room here if you want comfort. I'm very confused on other reviews on this hotel because it was a let down.

Breakfast was good and staff really welcoming The beds were very hard. The shower head was facing straight across the bathroom not into the bath. The walls are very thin and there are birds outside that are very noisy in the morning

Close to the airport. Clean and fine value for money. Breakfast is nothing to write om about but you can get fresh omelet. Otherwise white bread, local dishes and some cornflakes. Pool is a little dirty and old but completely usable.

Resort had a good pool area; room was okay as was location. The bed was unbelievably hard, and we asked twice for extra bedding, the second time was after 6 pm and the receptionist could not give a damme and refused to help saying housekeeping had gone home. the tiled floor would have been softer.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned. There was still rubbish in the bins. The towels smelled musty.

I mean, its alright. not the best not the worst. Considering the price its okay. Breakfast was good, room was clean. Most of the staff smiled back at me, pool is there… Taxi to airport for 200bht.
