Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and nice shower No elevator, so walking up four flights of stairs with our luggage wasn’t fun

Rooms were good, I especially liked the plumbing fixtures for bed frames and door handles and bathroom setup, very cool and durable! Staff on their phone constantly, missed receiving my passport back from the scanner, didn't conduct any sort of induction to the property.

Friendly hostel, great location as its pretty central to Old Town, great staff as they are really welcoming and helpful and CLEAN!!!. Everything you need for an accomadation.

Cleanliness was good. The Hostel is just in front of the bus depot, which makes it convenient. It is also not far from the old city. We did rent a scooter, which is a great way to move in Phuket. We took a private room, so I have no experience of the hostel part of Bloo. Users seemed reasonably happy. But for a private room, at that price, we would have expected a little more. No chairs. Not enough space to open 2 suitcases simoultaneously. Honestly it felt like a jail. It smelled of mold. I washed one dress and it took 3 days (in hot Thailand February) until it became dry.

Clean hostel, bathroom was nice but cold showers. Beds were fine nice spacious room 4 people room very cool. Cold showers. And a bit expensive.

The staff is kind. The bathroom is not so comfortable, there is no hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and tissue. And it’s not so clean.

Comfortable bed, good location for the old town, clean, nice shower and bathroom. There was an open window in the bathroom that wouldn’t shut so there were sometimes mosquitoes in our room (I got three bites one night).

We stayed just one night here. The room was clean and the stuff very nice, but we didn’t enjoy too much. The hostel is not at the mainstreet, is in the back, is near bus station - terminal 1, a nice pizza restaurant near, close to a 7/11 I liked the vintage design of the hotel. They don’t have elevator, we had to leave our luggage downstairs, at the reception, because we couldn’t climb those stairs with it and they don’t do that for you, the room is very small, bathroom door doesn’t close completely.

Great location if you require the bus station which is opposite the building, a short drive into the main area of old town. The 3 person room is very small and the door to the bathroom is a slide door with 0 noise cancellation… No lifts was also fun…
