Incredibly beautiful So so clean The common area was an absolute dream, felt like I was almost at home. The staff were so kind and shared with me all the tips and trips to getting around the city. Nothing. It was great.

No door for the shower room, only curtains. The shared bedroom is too small. No partition like fall prevention for the upper bed. Poor running of water. It's a waste of time and insecurity in a curtain-door bathroom.

The hotel arnt even operating anymore but they still take bookings... we were left on the footpath with our luggage and 2 kids with no accomadation. Not good enough l. Do not book!!!!

At the day of our arrival they claimed they dont have spare staff to check us in (at 21:00), while the day before they said they will work at reception till 02:00. So we ended up looking for another place to stay.

Really nice rooms. There was a power cut in the night but the owner kindly refunded us and was really understanding and we wish we could have stayed longer!

I loved the common room area. It is set out like a studio apartment. With comfy chairs, dining table and chairs and a kitchenette. Toaster, fridge, kettle and microwave. Drinking water. The bathrooms are nice, separate male and female. Black out curtains, charging point, lights etc. super close to terminal 1 bus station and not far from the old town. 7 11 super close. Check out the Indy market, it has live music on a Friday night Rock solid beds. Can only pay in cash. The cafe isn’t open on the bottom floor.

It was relatively clean until you entered the bathroom and the shower heads weren’t very clean. The common area was nice and the area with mirrors/ to wash your hands looked new- this is the picture that drew me in… The beds were rock hard- honestly thought I was laying on wood.

Notice that there is no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor. Just keep that in mind.

1. Everything is clean and tidy, well-maintained. 2. Washroom has separated toilets and shower rooms. 3. Close to Thalang Rd and just 1 min-walk from the bus terminal. 1. Being only 1.6m tall still couldn’t sit up straight in the upper bunk of backpacker room. 2. The rooms were labeled by Chinese last names but the key was in number, very confusing.
