Heater in Shower Doesn't Work. It always provide hot water and you can't shower. So I had to use common shower outside of my room which has no water heating.

The location of the property is very convenient to travelers. There’s a mall beside it, walking distance to old town and the staff are accomodating. None at all

I enjoyed the pool, the cappuccino machine and the extended breakfast time. I also liked that the bathroom was inside of the room instead of being shared with the entire hostel. It was also perfected located. The staff stiffed me on one nights stay. I tried to alter my dates of stay 2 weeks in advance from 4 nights to 3 nights. They waited until the week prior to my stay to say no and charged me for a night that I didn't want and wouldn't refund my money. I had a free cancellation up to the day prior to my stay so asking to shorten my days 2 weeks in advance should not have been rejected. They simply just did not want to lose on one nigh accommodation. In addition, I asked for a late check out because my flight was in the late day and you would think because they charged me for a night I told them I didn't need that they would accommodate me but no they made me check out at my original time and leave my luggage in the storage area. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'll never book with them again because of this inflexibility. Also, there is no elevator and there many stairs you have to carry your luggage up (they don't help you). The beds are super hard every morning I woke up with an aching back.

Breakfast was really good - even had a coffee machine and every day a different main item such as congee, soup or fried rice. Bed was nicely spacious and room was maintained (like bed made, fresh water bottle and towel) every day! Just would have loved more space for my big backpack in the room since I felt it was kinda in the way and the lockers were too small (I had the top locker which was hard to reach and I’m already quite tall). It was more like a hotel feeling but hostel prices/dorm so would always stay again :) very conveniently located with a little mall and a really nice night market just across

The pool was peaceful. I liked how there was no smoking allowed near the lobby. The room setup is good. They have a lot of info for tours and ferries at the front desk and the staff was friendly and answered any questions. The coffee machine adds an impressive touch. Breakfast was subpar for the price - no eggs! The bed felt like a table so didn’t get good sleep sadly. The pool could use daily bug cleaning, seeing tons of bugs and some tissue in there showed it was neglected.

It’s water front and the rooms are super comfortable Check in closes at 8 pm so it’s a bit scary when you are arriving past that time. It makes you wonder how you will get your bed but they made it work

The shared rooms had their own bathrooms. The pool area was really cozy, and breakfast was included in the stay.

Beds had a lot of space between them and had their own platform for the top bunk which meant that you couldn’t feel every little movement inside the room, and you have ur own bathroom for the room too Tbh nothing it was great

There was no power point in the bathroom, which I wanted to dry my hair and I couldn’t.. also there is no light on the ceiling just a general one at the bottom of the bed. Makes the room very dark in the morning and afternoon. The mattress was not that good. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor at first night. Not comfortable.
