Capzule Bed Phuket

I couldn’t sleep. It was the worst night in Thailand.! the room was full of people from India they just walked in and out every two minutes. They spoke very loud even though I asked them to be quiet. They didn’t understand what they want from them. The time was around 2 AM. Nobody respects the other people who try to sleep. I know it’s sharing room but should be some rules. In Japan and other places, it doesn’t happen to me. I will remember this place like a nightmare.

It’s a really nice, relaxed hostel. I have stayed here 3 times now, and would happily return when I am back in Phuket. Everything is clean, nice common area to sit and relax on the main floor, coffee provided in the mornings, very clean bathrooms, dorm rooms are spacious with good lockers. It is a pod style bed which is really nice and spacious, always very quiet. Mattresses are comfortable and room temperature is perfect (not too cold, not too hot). Tends to be a more mature crowd that stays here, so if you are looking to escape the party atmosphere and more rowdy guests this is the spot to be. They were super accommodating and stored a bicycle for me while I was doing a north-south bike tour through Thailand. They even stored my bicycle while I went to Africa for 2.5 months. All of the staff are very lovely and friendly. It is a good location to old town, a very short walk away to the touristy market areas but far enough that it is quiet at night. Close to many good food places and cafes, and just down the street from an urban park area you can sit and relax in. It is not incredibly social, but this depends on what you are after while you are traveling. For me, I really like the calm and quiet atmosphere.

Bathroom was not clean

The location is perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The Capzule is big and with all you need to build your little house. I would clean a little bit more the bathroom

Great showers and restroom. The room was quiet and clean overall. Cant expect more from a capsule hotel.

Wished I could've stayed more. Lovely place with lovely staff! No hot water and limited facilities overall. However, at the rate you pay I suppose it's fair.

The beds are nice and private and overall the place is pretty pleasant.

The rooms and bathroom were not clean. 1/3 showers and 2/4 taps were not working properly.

i booked a 350tb dorm on line. when i arrived they upgraded my bed to a double at same price of 350tb, i did not ask for this upgrade. the next day when i was rebooking my bed they said i had to pay 400tb or move to another dorm. Moving is a big hassle and wastes a good portion of my day packing up and having my luggage in limbo waiting for the 2 pm sign in. if my bed is upgraded i should have been told it was only for one night and given a choice. my understanding is that an upgrade is for your whole stay.
