The bathroom facilities need renovation for sure. Water pressure both in the tap and shower is ridiculously low and you can't get a good shower. The shower hose was too short. Not enough lighting both in the bathroom and the room itself. Only 1 socket from two sides of the bed and all of them are loose and don't hold the charger. The walls paint coating is chipped on the walls in some places, management needs to pay more attention.

The entire staff was great. They even went out of their way to help me celebrate a birthday for my companion. Provided rose petals in the room along with a special birthday cake. And the swans were the added touch. Everything was fantastic

Very well located near Old Phuket. We found a Indian restaurant in old Phuket in 1 km away and lot of Thai food joints around. All good

Perfect location if you want to explore old town and close to the bus station too. Not enough hot water show pressure was low and missing a shower curtain

Nothing There was rubbish, old clothes in cupboard. We could feel the wire springs in the mattress sticking into my back. We booked 2 rooms, we got there and were told they had a room for all of us, I asked was it a2 bedroom, they said yes. It was all cramped in 1 room. It is a cheesier room but still paid for 2 rooms. We got there late, we were hungry. I asked if there was anything to eat. I was told the only thing was the 7 eleven. I told them I like local food. They said there was nothing. I went outside, walked other direction, there was a sushi place open literraly next door, another 50 meters and there were a couple of local restaurants. Most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had away and I love bush camping.
