I like the large window with view. The room is also quite a decent size. The facility does not offer meal, and we need to go out a little bit further to grab food.

The friendly helpful staff who could tell me exactly where to stand to get the airport bus ( orange line 100 or 120 Bahts) and who offered to mail all my 88 postcards which I had bought at the 7/11 at the airport across the street with the help of a lady from the post office who actually walked me over to the very one which had reasonably priced postcards. I had bought all my stamps at the post office at the airport. How very convenient and the service was outstanding. I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to the Old Town so I could walk to a wat nearby, 2 museums , the celebration of Thailand’s Biennial and photograph the wonderful Sino-Portuguese architecture etc, N.B. There is no breakfast at the hotel but there are restaurants everywhere. I appreciated the coffee and water provided. My room was huge with a double bed, great view of the city and all anyone could need. AC and t.v. in French and English and other languages were treats. I liked Most things. The fitness centre was no Longer operational so I missed using equipment which I would have welcomed after sitting on too many flights of 16-27 hours plus connecting flights of 4 and 6 additional hours with layovers of 3-6 hours. My return flights had one layover of almost 12 hours. However I benefitted by walking for hours in the beautiful Old Town- actually better natural exercise!

The fact you cannot leave the room charging your electronics because removing the key (old school key) you cut the power in the room

Big room, amazing aircon, big bathroom, decent enough shower. Bed wasn't amazing but not terrible. Location is decent, slight walk to get everywhere but fairly central.

The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were too fluffy, which gave me a bit of neck pain. Other than that, everything else was really good. No beach nearby.

We only stayed there for 1 night. It was OK, quite spacious room, very comfy beds but there was dust on furtniture and it could be seen easily. TV was broken too. There was a nice view from the big window. Overall, it's OK just to spend a night but I would not recommend it for a long time since there are not very good facilities in the hotel. What's good is location since it's only minutes from the Phuket old town.

Beautiful property! The pool is amazing and they had an espresso machine in the lobby for free use. Very short walk to nice bars and restaurants

The coin laundry was great Bathroom stank tbh. Not very pleasant. Staff did the bare minimum so wasn't too friendly but also didn't really care. At times there was a student there? No breakfast

I lost a large sum of money. I did inquire about it in the hotel, but they said they are not aware of it. Please be careful with your money/valuables. Do not put any valuable in the locker and assume it is safe to keep there.

I like the staff because they are very helpful especially Mr. Ang that has fair hair. He is extremely supportive. Second the location is very good as in the old town. I don’t like people to be much supportive because I cannot leave their hotel.
