Best location, clean and the helpfulness of Khun Christmas

The hotel had a cool and eclectic design. The room was great size and we loved the garden space outside our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With the heat in Phuket, we really appreciated the bottles of water each day. The location just outside the more touristy Old Town area made it a more quiet stay while still having amazing restaurants just outside our door.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are wonderfully friendly, making every guest feel welcome. Nights are pleasantly quiet, offering the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. The facilities are thoughtful and convenient, including a compact refrigerator and two televisions—one in the living room and another in the bedroom. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music directly from your phone. Even the hairdryer stands out for its impressive power. What I particularly love is the inclusion of a magazine that shares the fascinating history of Phuket’s architectural heritage, such as the Ang Mor Lau style. Reading it instantly connected me to my roots in Penang, my hometown in Malaysia, which is itself a treasure trove of historical charm. Nil

Charming boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and designed! I loved the hallways and common areas. The room itself was an odd design with the sink in the room and the toilet and shower separate. It had some nice touches for a small property: robes, vanity kits, and nice soaps. So many stairs! Our room was on the 3rd floor, but the staff helped us with luggage in and out. The view from our room was of an abandoned lot and a bunch of shacks; not exactly great to look at.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I wasn't disappointed. The value for money was better than I expected. I highly recommend it. Everything was impeccably organized and clean. This isn't a criticism, but they should bring back the breakfast service. The last time I was there, there was an incredibly kind lady who prepared an excellent breakfast for us. We missed that typical Thai hospitality.

One of the best days I had in Thailand the place was super triangle. It was a great location. The staff was friendly. It was extremely close to the Knight markets coffee shops. It had a great Matcha place right in the building. The place is laid out beautifully with nice gardens I highly recommend anybody staying in old Phuket to check this place out.

Despite several empty rooms also in our category they didn’t want to offer a late checkout (in the evening) even with paying half the price of a full night. Sound isolation was not that great. You could hear the street quite a lot, on Saturday evening there was loud music till 0:00 on the street… also quite loud noses from the room upstairs. No proper separation between shower and bathroom, easily leading to flooding of the bathroom if one is not super careful.

Very quiet and lovely place just off the main old town lanes which have all the shopping and cafes. The staff was very helpful and although the entire hotel starts off on the first floor and all of it is accessible only by stairs they helped carry our bags up. If you cannot manage stairs this is not for you!

The location, the room, the decor. No breakfast included . Not even any coffee in the room which is usually a bare minimum.

Clean and comfortable room. Wonderful neighborhood with great food, coffee and shops nearby. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back. Room required card in the room to activate A/C, so it was warm and took a few minutes to cool down every time we returned to the room.

Xinlor House is like a DIAMOND on the crown that is Old Phuket Town. It's right at the edge of old Phuket Town so 10/10 for location. The hotel is really great and bang on value for money. They are very flexible with check -in and even offered me an early check-in as I landed at the hotel early morning. The staff were extremely friendly and their best to provide quality service. I didn't see any elevators, I personally did not mind as I usually take stairs but in case you are traveling with heavy luggage, please be mindful.
