The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation at last minute for us. We are very great full. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The location cannot be more central.

Location is great No windows in the room, so it's very dark. The water sink was clogged and was getting full each time I opened the tap. The shower doesn't work right, the water is extremely hot. No soundproof.

Location was excellent. Key access worked fine. Room was a box with no windows! This is a guest house and NOT a hostel…ie no common area, no atmosphere, no backpackers,no activities….if you're looking for a hostel this is not the place…if you’re looking for a room only then it works.

We stayed here with 2 young children, they were very accommodating. the family room is very spacious with bunk beds. We were in a room facing the road and it can be quite loud if you have sensitive sleepers. The building is beautiful, it has character features which does mean you can hear a lot. it wasn’t a problem for us but we were very conscious of how loud our children were- the staff were very understanding and kind, and the owner bought lots of treats for them which was kind. rooms are stocked up every day with water and snacks, everywhere was very clean. It is in a good location in Old Town, close to main areas and you can walk around easily, also close to a large food market and bus stops. the owners helped arrange bike hire too. It wasn’t that we didn’t like it but we were just mindful of noise as you can hear a lot in the building.
